If R2 is 10cm and 3P0 is 15.5cm then they're probably about 1cm too tall to fit in with the Black Series figures.
Hasbro's Bespin Luke is about 14.5cm.

I think I need that Boba Fett to sit next to my Peace Walker Snake. If only they would make a revol mini of him.Awesome!

Dolemite 03-20-2015 12:47 PM

Holy shit. Revoltech Fett makes the SW Black version look like horseshit, and I love that figure. Sold!

En Sabah Nerd 03-20-2015 01:04 PM

The joint visibility is god awful compared to Hasbro's offering. There's bound to be more movement but his elbows look like they're hanging on by a thread. It's three times the price of the black series version but doesn't actually look better.

Dolemite 03-20-2015 08:10 PM

I love how the Revoltech figure gets all the little details the SW Black version kinda skimped on, like a better-looking hose on the right arm and the extended flamethrower on the right, stuff like that. But yeah, you're right...on second glance those joints ARE pretty glaring and, quite frankly, ugly. Might have to re-think that 'sold' comment, especially at the price point.

I like the idea of how the placement of the joint allows for a more anatomical bend but they are so apparent when the arm is straight.

When import prices are being paid, I'd expect better. Still looks like a nice toy overall, just too much cash for what it is.

I'm just hoping then Figuarts will come out with a Fett. I'm about to put my Black on the selling block now though...

Frank Richards 04-07-2015 11:39 PM

I've noticed that quite a few Arkers who collect imports, like Figuarts and Figmas figures, have spoken harshly of Revoltech figures in the past.

I'm planning on picking up this Boba Fett, and I'm hoping to pick up quite a few other Revoltech figures pretty soon too, so I'm curious as to why some people here dislike this line.
I'm assuming, by the price differences, that Revoltech figures are of a slightly lower quality than Figmas and Figuarts. Anything else I should be aware of ?

Granted, from what I've seen so far, I do prefer the sculpts and articulation of Figmas and Figuarts, but Revoltech just offers more figures from franchises that I'm into.
