The hips on mine are also the same way, so at least I now know it's not just an isolated incident.

The same thing has also happened with some of the Modern-Era G.I. Joe figures I own. The problem is that the bar which the hips are connected to is loose in the crotch area where it's held by the lower torso.

I think that the Bucky-Cap buck's mold might be suffering from mold degradation.

Just got confirmation that my case is fiiiinally being mailed to the vendor I purchased the set from...woo! :mad: Only 10-15 more days until I get to enjoy this milestone wave! :D

Sometimes I feel like I'm in the minority, I've got King Thor (with Mjolnir and Thors sword, like the comics), since not only do I like the character, but the mold was clearly made with that figure in mind; Odin was more of a secondary option and I think it shows.

^Well, Odin has been requested by fans for some time. Additionally, Hasbro made a 'King' Thor for the Blob wave (and remade it again a bit later for a movie line, if memory serves). You could be right...However, I think it's also possible that Hasbro saw an opportunity to double-up/cashing in by delivering a highly requested character (Odin) and a welcome bonus (modern King Thor). Win, win in my opinion. I plan to use King Thor's armored left arm on my Odin...I may switch the cape also.

Edit: ...all we need now, Hasbro, is a redraft of Hercules and a Zeus BAF.
