What on Earth does he have against MacReady? Is it an actual personal dislike of the character and the Thing in general, or is it just a rights issue?

I'm pretty sure Randy has expressed his appreciation of the film. He has stated it's not marketable but given some of their other recent decisions (ignoring peculiar exclusives) it seems like they should give it a shot unless the rights really are the issue.

I didn't think NECA would do it after all these years of having trouble with getting some of the actor's likenesses.
I will definitely try to pick him up!

I picked up an extra Apollo Creed to make a custom Dillon but haven't started it because I still have my hopes up...

Preordered Hawkins yesterday.

I was frustrated about not getting the TMNT set Thursday. After cooling off I finally ordered 45 minutes later because it was foolish to let Hawkins go and I would regret it later. He was easy to order. There were about 90+ left after I placed my order.
I didn't want to wait till the last day so I could focus on the TMNT set with Hawkins already ordered.
