Yes, but I mean what makes one better than the other as a figure? Why would one choose Super7's overpriced line over NECA's?

If you really like the 80s toys, it’s great. If you prefer the cartoon/games, Target packs are better. If you prefer the 80’s comics, you are tough outta luck.

As far as action figures go, neither I’d “play with” but both are great for display.

I highly recommend the Figuarts Turtles as the cartoon accurate versions for season 1 through 8 or so. NECA's first release was more accurate to season 9 or 10 with the red sky.
Locally Barnes and Noble still sells the Figuarts Turtles and they have coupons & deals to get them for a decent price.
