Dam, webz, for someone who isn't really a Star Wars fan you sure like to go on and on about it lol. I actually pretty much agree with all of your points.
Luke's portrayal in TLJ was far more interesting than if they decided to go the tried and true route with him. I like the notion that in 35 years time people can change and stray from who they once were for better or worse. To me, it was one of the better things about the movie....but then again, I also find Luke to be one of the least intriguing characters in the OT, so there that too :p

Sure... a good Hot Toys figure, but for me way to expansive and since I collecting Phicen/TBLeague figures with seamless bodies, no more Hot Toys and since Episode 8: a Star Wars Catastrophy^^ I'm done with that franchise too. Or let's say: I'm done with Star Wars Sequel Trilogy from Abrams/Johnson. The Mandalorian looks nice, but let's wait for the season final. And I play Jedi Fallen Order at the moment. Really cool Star Wars Game. The Story is so much better then the last2 Star Wars movies (episode 8 and Solo a Star Wars Farce)

Is anyone still buying Star Wars Merchandise?

I would still like to buy characters from KOTOR era or old EU. But, not really interested in the new ones. This one looks nice though as a generic female Jedi figure. But, I think the inevitable Sith version of her from the trailers with the double-bladed saber will probably be a better purchase.

I just watched through the story of Jedi Fallen Order yesterday. That one was really nice and the ending was.... well, without spoiling anything, lets just say it brought newfound respect for an old trilogy character! :)

I work with some hardcore star wars nerds, and it’s either talk the latest trailers or whatever the latest “atrocities by liberals” or the “tangerine tornado”. Of the options, Star Wars is the least obnoxious. ;)
