I have heard that collectors in Hong Kong and Singapore even have their separate storage lockers where they keep most of their collection and rotate out the pieces they want. The thing is, form an adult perspective, statue do qualify as work of art. Honestly, in regards to some of these pieces, that is really true. But, with articulated figures, they fall more into the toy realm, which for most adult collectors, is a bad sounding thing. Not many people would like to hear that they are collecting toys when they are 30+. Just to add to the conversation:- https://www.comicbookdaily.com/colum...ction-figures/ |
