Not a huge fan of how NECA handles their double elbows on bare-skinned arms. Ruins the bicep sculpt. Otherwise Casey looks sweet.

Why does Randy HATE his customers so much? Neca really can’t gauge the demand and make enough? And I’m tired of his condescending attitude towards us by saying, “at least we made them.”

This again is why I would rather have super7. I can actually buy their product. All the shit going on in the world, you try to turn off the news, social media And just relax. To me, toys are relaxing. Ordering them, opening and displaying them. But no, neca fails again and again. I’m shocked neca just doesn’t list everything at auction on eBay and just F us completely.

I ordered this set in April so I guess living in the UK where Walmart and GameStop don’t exist paid off for once.

NECA says they aren't sold out- I would keep checking. Supposedly they were selling so fast that Walmart flagged them and halted sales to make sure they weren't getting gobbled up by bots

Wow. Calm down. No reason to get worked up. 1) Walmart will be adding stock continuously. It's a stocked item, not a convention exclusive. 2) Randy doesn't "hate" his customers. NECA isn't Hasbro. They don't make runs of 40,000 figures at a time. They are a TINY company. It's like going to your neighborhood mom & pop burger shop and complaining that they can't serve burgers as fast as McD's. I've seen dozens of TMNT sets at Target. I'm sure Walmart will be stocked equally well, if not better, as they have the $$$$$ to order larger runs of figures.

I remember when the TMNT sets were convention only, and people were brandishing pitchforks and spouting doom because they couldn't get the sets. Now all the lines are available everywhere, and it's still a doom and gloom scenario.

Poor NECA. I actually feel bad for them. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

I don't know why this stuff can't be communicated to Walmart or whoever. They have toy buyers who take their job seriously and should be working to ensure preorders go OK. It's not like Walmart doesn't handle these type of quick sell out items ever, it shouldn't be unusual.

The question is how many units does Walmart/NECA put up for online preorder vs. wanting in store. I can definitely see it being a thing of them really limiting online preorders to drive people to go into stores and buy them and encourage buying other stuff while you're there.

The other real difference is I and many others had zero problems ordering from Gamestop. They didn't not sell out instantly, you could order them for a while. Whatever NECA's deal is with big box stores isn't the best. I have trouble believing that this 2-pack is in more demand than the initial TMNT movie figures.

They are not that tiny. They handle a major license. I saw the stress from the sdcc sets even though I lucked out many did not. Why tell everyone to go buy this at Walmart.com and the have a t second sell out? I can find every other exclusive with relative ease. Not neca always some damn issue and everyone always just accepting it.

If a mom and pop store made great burgers that people lined up for, they would expand and then add more locations. Kind of like every chain ever. Neca has been around long enough to own their mistakes.

They "halted" sales on the website because they were worried about bots??? OF COURSE THEY WERE BOTS! ALL THE COLLECTORS WERE COMING AT 1pm EST!

It gave alllll those scalpers 2 hours to get coordinated and swoop up all the merch. I knew this was too good to be true.

It went up about 7:02 AM PST . I had been refreshing the site every 15min or so from 5:45 or so... I was messaging a buddy on FB that this was worst than the SDCC stuff (since that actually gives you a time) and just happened to refresh the page. Messaged my friend immediately but he never even saw them show up as available...

I actually stopped at my local Walmart while out today. Toy aisle was a mess. Almost nothing in the boys area. No Marvel Legends, a few Transformers, just the Multiverse Batman, no TMNT at all, a few Wrestlers, a couple Black Series, and then just random kids stuff.

The NECA section by games only had a Toony Freddy, a Godzilla, and an Ultimate Terminator. The games section is general was pretty barren.

I don't hold much hope for finding these in store in this area. Hoping it pops back up online.

Call it fate call it Karma but I believe I was never meant to own this line of turtle toys, and I'm surprisingly OK with that. when this line launched I was hesitant for two reasons One Gamestop has screwed me over on non video game related preorders before and two I have the worst luck with NECA. More times than I can count I have had figures either break out of the box or have a crucial part missing. So it's after 2pm EST and i'm no longer paying refresh rng. I have the super 7 figures order and though it may be years down the road they've said there license is not limited to the original toy line so maybe movie figures from them is possible. I just hope that if NECA revives their Mirage line i can preorder it from multiple stores Like BigBad and megalopolis

So apparently Neca has confirmed now that there will be no more on-line stock of this set... ouch... time for folks to stop refreshing i guess.

Come on NECA! This is horrible! NECA's online store can do better than this. I refreshed before 11 and saw the add in cart and as soon as I did said no stock. The stupid button was there multiple times but would not let me add it. I agree with others just put a pre-order up like Super7. Trying to find actual NECA merchandise at Brick and Mortar is getting tedious to find your favorite figs. Not sure why Turtles is so hard when you can always find Godzilla, Gremlins, Horror Movies, etc. Agree with again another that these things break. Broke my Bebop immediately. Lucky I had and extra and was able to return it. Oh the love and hate with NECA.
