Neca has done a lot better with Target than it has in the past with their distribution woes. Outside the Bebop and Rocksteady debacle, (which I thankfully found in that first released batch, but have only seen them once since then...) I have had no issue finding what I'm looking for when it's been released. I think a large part of the problem is in their store ambassador programs...they are responsible for the upkeep of those aisles one way or another, so either those folks are not doing their job, or alternatively, they are, and Neca is not doing theirs. I live in the Northwest corner of CT. I have seen exactly 3 TMNT 2 packs in Targets around here and the were all the same shitty recolored turtles. There isn't a single NECA TMNT Figure that I own that I didn't have to pay a scalper for. Honestly I am done with "hunting" for these things. I'll keep what I have and pay scalpers for the 2 or 3 other figures I've been looking forward to but Super 7 can have my money. I'd rather be patient for great figures that I didn't have to "hunt" down or pay someone 2-3 times the cost. Super 7 knows how to get the products people want directly into their hands and for that I'll pay a bit more for it gladly. Unlike NECA, I've never had to give a Super 7 figure a bath, worry about a limb snapping off, the count stands a 2 bebops and a Donatello, or use my wife's blow dryer to use the articulation on a figure. The hunt isn't fun for this line. Neca should wake up and realize that whenever they post anything the vast majority of replies are from people who can't find these things which should signal to them that something is wrong. Personally, between the QC issues and that inaccessibility, I hope they lose the license and super 7 can take over all of it.

new NECA Metalhead looks way too clunky and chubby. Plus the vacuum cleaner hand attachment thingy like I said its dumb. the old Playmates figure had the best weapon attachment which was the nunchuck attachment and backpack

Enough with the insults and snipping back and forth. If people can't discuss toy news without resorting to insults, then don't post at all.

Total cost for undercover & casey: $82 (tax+shipping included) It's pretty much eBay. Not only that, if there is a QC issue, return shipping could be expensive. The cartoon turtles 2-pack base cost is $85...total cost: $105....more than ebay. Basically you could have just told us it was eBay prices. That was a goose chase. Bro, you're talking so much crap. To say Super7 is charging people $25 extra for each of their TMNT figures because of the consumer direct model, is BOGUS. AT MOST, it's an added $5-10 dollars. That other $15-20 is on the product. The quality and quantity, of the plastic, paint, details and extra accessories.... Bigger figures, more paint and details... https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/Jv...Q=w407-h272-no Come on..... They are both awesome for what they are but don't shit on Super7 for no reason. One thing you're right about, I feel bad complaining about the NECA TMNT shortages. I'm really trying to be patient and understanding. But it's crazy. They tweet about everything going to be there, and then it ain't. They retweet all these people with their finds. I'm calling and visiting the stores for months because they keep making it seem like it's right there, just go get it. Maybe things will change with the coming figures. Now that the toys have proven so desirable maybe they can prepare better in the future. I really hope the best and I don't want to give up quite yet. If it's like this for every figure...god help us all. I'm okay with expressing my frustrations at this point because it's honest feedback. They can use that information, or not use it at all. I think a lot of the talk on here ends up effecting more of the toy world than you think. All the normal people out there can benefit from our criticisms too. |

Hey, Jerp, gotta tell you man, your perspective is refreshing. You consistently keep a positive attitude. There's a lot of people on here who complain like crazy, which is fine (everybody is entitled to share their opinions and multiple perspectives are valuable to hear). But at the end of the day, we're talking about toys. I never understand the hate that some people express over a hobby that is supposed to bring us joy. You're a good dude. |

Respect to Joe too for laying the smack down on us. It’s so hard to control ourselves sometimes because we love toys so much... |

The box is quite appealing. To bad neca can’t do some more re-issues and box them like this. Maybe be-bop and rocksteady could get a deluxe treatment for the massive amount of collectors that can’t find these.
