Big bad is a very reasonable company. Megalopolis too. You can’t send back just anything but if you make a video and pictures and thoroughly explain QC issues they are very fair. If the QC is legit they will accept returns/exchanges.

Like I said, the ones I finally ended up with were better than the previous. It's a crap shoot!

Explaining the QC issues and exchanges are just a point of fact. I'm damn happy with what I ended up with.

I know a ton of people had problems with the Transformers Masterpiece Hound and Amazon Japan had them ship it back and shipped them replacements. AJ's shipping just got crazy high though with Covid.
