It looks like they're the same Vader, a similar situation to how the 40th anniversary Vader came out in 2017 and then later we got the same figure as #43 in the regular line.

I pulled the trigger on one Carbon-Freezing Chamber. I may snag a second one to complete the "set" if I can figure out how/where I'd set up that display. At least the pack-in fig is an army builder and not Han or Lando. [edit] Although, I'd have preferred it to be an Ugnaught. Those are harder to come by than Stormies.

yes,the 3.75 inch tvc line is still running now.and a Mandalorian figure has already been available.a beskar armor verison Mandalorian or a tcw s7 verison ahsoka is highly possible in near future
