I had half a mind to order straight from the Neca store which is "international only". Anyone in the US try that yet?

And they just went up at 4:37pm and all sold out in seconds! DAMMIT! This crap has got to stop! I added it to the cart and couldn't even complete checkout. Tried it for 2 different sized shirt bundles and nothing went through.

I saw a button to Ship It and then out of stock as I check out. FFS.

If your shipping address is in the US, it won't allow you to checkout with the International Only items.

This is the last time I'm playing this game with Target.com. Completely unreliable. All the scalper bots grabbed every size shirt bundle within seconds. 40 minutes of my time completely wasted.

Never even saw it. Good grief.

These will probably pop up on ebay for $500 by this evening. Hopefully I can find this set in the stores. I'm trusting that the high price on this set will discourage impulse buys or scalper hording at the local stores.

The sad thing is that if SDCC had still happened this year and NECA had simply offered this set directly through their own website instead of Target's shady and incompentant site, many of us legitimate collectors would have had a much better chance of ordering it online instead of competing with the scalper bots. I've always been able to order their annual TMNT exclusives directly from NECA's site in the past as long as I got it in within the first 2-3 minutes, but Target's so-called online ordering system is a complete joke.

Checked a Target earlier today and was told they had no idea about it. Nothing in the back.

I was auto refreshing the medium shirt bundle page every 10 seconds. saw it go live, and grabbed a set within seconds. I got very lucky and completed my order. Almost lost the opportunity when I forgot to put my security code for checkout, but I still completed the order in time. Went to see if other sizes went live and they were immediately gone.

i went to target twice today, its a five minute drive from my house.
Once at 9am (PST) and they knew nothing about it.
just got back home (now 217pm) they checked their systems using info for direct link.
they said that no targets within a twenty mile radius got them.
then on on of my many refreshed target links i saw that it wouldnt be sold in stores. NECA lied.

I picked the wrong Target to stop by since they didn't even have a slew of Godzillas like the other one, so likely got nothing there.

Online was terrible, I'd like NECA to start taking preorders like 6 mos. in advance for these, especially a set like this where they said they have zero plans for any other release.

Why is it that t.v. show and movie turtles are exclusives and a pain in the ass to get but video game turtles you can pre-order? Predators, Aliens, and horror characters all are easily attainable and yet they completely screw over their customer base with what are probably their most popular lines. Kids will obviously never see them in store if we can't even find them so I feel like this is all just bad business. Target, Wal-Mart and NECA are all under-delivering on products that their customers clearly want so they're losing out on profits.

I'm international so I was able to get my order in earlier, paid by CC, all was well.

Went to show my wife the order confirmation & somehow I was flagged as "fraud" & my order was cancelled, no notice or anything.

Now the international is out of stock on everything.

I'm pretty sure it still goes back to Playmates being involved. I'm not saying "NECA gets a free pass, it's all Playmates' fault" but their presence complicates matters.

I saw some people in facebook saying they got a set on the target site earlier.
I got to take that with a grain of salt. Don't think it is humanly possible to complete a purchase there in less than 5-6 seconds; even if you have a form data saver.
Think about it, there is latency between each load from cart, to checkout, to shipping, etc. And much of us see the links appear to then show up as sold out in much less than that time. Makes no sense.
Call me a tin foil hat conspirationist, but I do really believe those are neca supporters with good photoshop skills...

Ordered the turtles, predator and alien. One of each no more no less. Order was successful. Came back a few hours later and my order had been cancelled and refunded and the products sold out. Great job NECA now if i want any of these i will have to pay some scalper. Seems i'm not the only legit buyer they've done this too. Wonder if they'll actually correct it or just be like "meh tough luck."

You're clearly a bot, no mere human can purchase from them, therefore no order for you.

I almost wish I hadn't read that. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. Now I won't even trust a final checkout. Damn, that's cold. This situation is SO BRUTAL.
