These look amazing! (The nips on Robin are way more "in your face" on a static figure then I remember them from the movie) Would love to have these but $500... ouch. Maybe If I sell the HotToys I have sitting in a bin- 12in is so dang hard to make room for

Yeah these are pretty good but its expected from Hot Toys. They did nail the Kilmer lips, but think a miss on O'Donnell, he was a bit slimmer then, jawline a bit more taut and angled, more prominent chin. Maybe its the lack of a neck on the figure. Love Batman and Forever was the last of the pre-Nolan films I liked along with some of the costume design. But will be passing for size/scale and price. Enjoy other Batman fans.

It’s done. I ordered both Batman and Robin from sideshow using the payment plan option over 3 months. That softens the blow a bit.
Next I’m going for the thunder tank. I’m not sure if direct or through BBTS at this point. Last I’m still up in the air over the three-zero power rangers. $550 is a hell of a deal for 6, 12 “ scale figures. |
