Have any of you ever had any issues with orders/customer service? Like a lot of you, I've been getting the preorders that I need. I've gotten at least one a week. But on my Neca account, it only shows the orders from week 1 and week 3, not the Ace/Mutagen Man from week 2. I have the Paypal Transaction from them and I've reach out, but I haven't heard anything.

I usually have no issue, but I've just had change of address stuff. I just email necaclubcustomerservice@necaonline.com

Toon April O Neil and Toon Casey Jones please NECA!
Those 2 need to be released again.
I've been skipping many releases since missing out on those 2. Still bitter about that distribution on April and Casey.

I don't really understand the pattern of the NECA re-releases of the cartoon Turtles stuff. BeBop and Rocksteady were released BEFORE April and got a direct NECA preorder. And now tons of stuff released AFTER April has gotten a NECA preorder.

What is up with that wave?

I'm crossing my fingers it's because they are going to redo the head, but I'm not that optimistic that's the reason.
