If you really want guns, there are a ton of cheap options on Etsy. Or Marauder Gun Runners. Or Grid Iron studios. Most are cheaper than a Spawn accessory pack would run you.

Gawds these designs are terrible in every way. Plus no weapons for jason? All these are a very easy pass.

I actually love that Red Hood, just because Todd clearly is sticking his finger up at WB by including those handgun fingers.

Probably pass on these save for Batgirl, because I like me some Batgirl.

Now I am the first to dog McFarlane figures but these character designs by WB are just awful.

Thank you for this common sense post. DC doesn't want to sell toy guns, but there are plenty of options for adult collectors who want to display figures that way. Maybe you'll need to use basic customization techniques to have compatible hands, but this is a fake problem.

Well, I remember a year or two back seeing it reported that Republicans brought to Trump's attention violence in video games, and were highlighting ones like Fallout 4 as examples as to why Congress and the WH needed to act.

Don't forget in the early 2000s all of a sudden anime was getting censored like hell like Cartoon Network's Disco light guns and editing out deaths even on their Midnight Run stuff. All during Republican leadership of the country.

I feel like we have some variation of this conversation every week now. The gun ban is a very specific knee jerk WB mandate in response to all the recent mass shootings. It has nothing to do with conservatives or “woke leftists” forcing McFarlane not to make toys with guns. Hasbro’s Marvel toys still come with guns and so do most other non WB IP toy lines.

So you're supposed to learn customization techniques and spend extra money on third party accessories or a $50 Spawn Lady you don't want to have your figures be somewhat accurate? I guess my little cousin needs to have me go buy him some third party guns so his Joker can shoot people?

Again - if your company sees guns as an issue maybe...don't make figures of characters who use them? Why are you as a company marketing figures of mass murderers to kids and that's OK as long as they don't include guns? You can't even go the Marvel route and give them Sci Fi blasters or something?

Warner wants their Batman figures out because he's their moneymaker but they also don't want to actually acknowledge what most Batman characters are - normal people who use guns. Maybe make more Superman or Wonder Woman characters then? Nope, not Warner's moneymaker.

At a glance, I want these. With a closer look, pass.

Red Hood comes with finger guns but not actual guns. What a troll move lol.

Red Hood - nice
Robin and Nightwing - Look like a couple dudes doing cosplay of the characters, rather than the characters.
Batgirl - Pretty nice, but what the heck is up with McFarlane and the "side eye" thing all of a sudden (on her and the Robin)?

I'm a big Batman fan and have been seriously disappointed by the sculpts on so many of these McFarlane figs, whether face sculpts or proportions (e.g., heads too small for the body; legs too small for the upper body; arms too skinny for the torso, etc.). Was hoping they'd iron that out after the first wave or two they did but no such luck.

Yikes, Nightwing's head may sit too high on the neck.
