Hopefully they're still finessing the paint apps. It looks like they're fixing the paint issues with Hush Batman's elbow joints, so the company appears to be responsive to customer concerns.

Let's hope they do something about her face too!

Assuming they're not using the double lighting to hide anything, that is a dam good headsculpt. They even nailed his proportions. This is the sculptor they should've used for the Justice League figures lol.

That's a good headsculpt. I don't think this looks like anyone else but the actor. More then that it's a solid facial expression. No side eye or weird grin. The head work into the neck perfectly.

I'm curious is this was sculpted from scratch or if Mcfarlane got 3D scans of the actors head.

I wonder how much paint is on the face because that is some great lighting but it's obviously not going to look like that in the store.

Yeah that's the best headsculpt I've seen from McFarlane.

Especially funny given the Cyclone figure's absolutely horrid portrait. Almost impossible to believe they're from the same line let alone the same wave!

So I think the figure looks great but it's absolutely ridiculous that the cape and hood is a separate figure. There is 0 reason that shouldn't just be a standard accessory.

It's like the Darkseid nonsense. Like the Batman Beyond nonsense. All these alt heads.

My concern for this variant is that they are also going to glue it down to peg holes. So you won't be able to remove the extra stuff if you want without visible damage/holes.

This figure looks good to me. That lightning bolt is vibrant. The head sculpt looks like Dwayne Johnson even under mediocre lighting. That looks very solid.

Haha, I agree with Cyclopsc. I was a fan of Cyclone during late JSA and JSA All Stars runs. The action figure makes me think of Cyclone at age 35, having been awakened at 4AM by the JSA alarm, and barely dragging herself in by roll call. :confused2

EDIT: OK, it's not that bad. And yes, I can see the action figure as representing an early 20-something.
