I assume those two are megfigs due to chonk. Those are beefier and most likely solid plastic. I'd bet weight in the end will be same as swamp thing.

Kirk's a pretty big Man Bat in the comics right now. Plus they probably wanted him to stand out.

As to what qualifies as a megafig. I think Devestator just missed the boat. If they released him now, he'd probably be a megafig.
