They didn't even give me a “you items have shipped” email. They havent responded at all since a over a week ago and i can never get through on their phone line. To say i am furiously pissed is an understatement. I swear id drive to pawtucket and get em from their warehouse myself if i could afford it. Thats about the only way i think id ever get em since hasblo seems intent on keepin’ my 115 bucks and not giving me the product that i am fucking owed!

I'm sorry to hear all the stories here. I don't work for Hasbro nor am I a Hasbro sympathizer, what happened with their sale is inexcusable. I guess they were not prepared for the volume. However, I'd take comfort in knowing that I've never had an order from Hasbro abruptly canceled. Not like Walmart and Target which they just cancel you because they can't deal with you. I do believe that you'll get your order...eventually.

I just received my shipping email from pulse on the last 5 items I ordered. Date ordered…June 4th. Almost a month to ship.

Wasn't this the same problem when people tried to order the latest G.I. Joe Classified figures through Hasbro Pulse last year and people threw a fit because the supply got sold out faster than clicking your mouse button? HasBLOW obviously didn't learn anything from that fiasco.

I do find it hilarious that rather than blaming the pandemic, their header now blames the power-days(?) sale for the shipping delays. They literally just edited like three words in :D :D :D

Just like the razor crest, Patrick came out and said we the fans, order to many so it would run late because of that. Of course it could be worse, look to the mattel creations crap He-man collectors are going through.

All I know is Mattel Creations is a crock of shit for Monster High stuff. Every time they released something, my wife went to buy it but it was apparently sold out in minutes. I thought Creations was supposed to be their version of Kickstarter, so how could it sell out in a few minutes?

So true, I really can’t understand why Mattel are selling those He-Man origins figures like that, there is obviously a huge demand for them, Mattel loses sales and collectors miss out on figs, it’s a lose lose situation.

Wun-Dar went up for sale yesterday at noon eastern time. He sold out in minutes. Those that ordered were then sent an email from hot wheels.com asking to confirm the order or it would be cancelled. Most were stuck in the queue. I did get one…shockingly. Many then went to eBay to buy him because of the sell-out. An hour later Mattel Creations listed him again for half an hour. Everyone that ordered in that second window had their order cancelled and were given a $10 off coupon.

Needless to say….total crap show.

I’ve canceled every single order ever on pulse. I can usually get the stuff faster and cheaper elsewhere. I miss the old hasbro toy shop website. Do you ever use a credit card for your orders? Way easier and if you dispute a charge the credit card company fights for you.

If they took your money that means they are preparing to ship. They don't charge you until the things are about to be sent out.

I know but its the 27th and i still havent gotten a shipping invoice. At this point its theft to me since its been three weeks since i ordered and that is ridiculous. Im not prdering from pulse any more. At this point id almost rather pay scalpers……..almost.

Best Buy just changed the release date for Throne Room Boba Fett to August 1st Seriously FUCK HASBRO. gonna see if I can get more funds and get him from Amazon at this point.

The weird thing is, ordering from Hasbro via ebay and Walmart has gotten me my packages in 1-2 days. Ordering from Pulse seems to take at least a week if I order past Wednesday.
I honestly wonder if they only ship stuff out / have carrier pickups one day a week.

I wanted to start getting into that X-Men animated line, but so far you can only get them from pulse directly, this thread got me worried now.

So far the released animated stuff was available on the DisneyStore website.

As mentioned above. You have to remember that this thread is here solely to voice grievances, so people saying anything positive isn't really going to fit the theme. I'm not saying they're perfect, or even good, but in spite of the annoyances inherent in the site itself, and with Hasbro in general, and the issues mentioned here, Pulse is pretty solid. Never had an order canceled, every PO has been fulfilled on or before the estimate, and they pack well. They are definitely having delays on their shipments right now, though, and they do lag behind other etailers in terms of fulfillment.

TL/DR; Don't let what's essentially an echo chamber scare you away. Yes, they have their issues, but those are the exception, not the rule.

Well fuck-a-doodle-do those imbeciles FINALLY the rest of my damned order out. Now we will see if it gets here.
