I scanned my whole family with the app...NONE of the rendered sample look like any of us. As in if I show you the render in front of my face you wouldn't be able to tell that was supposed to be me. Which is too bad, I was ready to drop $240 for my family of 4, but not if none of it looks like any of us.

Has anyone else tried this out? Or ordered one?

I have not ordered one, but I scanned my wife, son and myself. My wife’s was not good. My son looked ok, mine oddly enough looked spot on. Like perfect. I had no interest in this but now that it was spot on I may order. To bad for the rest of the family. Lol

Piss poor scanning and insane prices make these things an easy pass.

Yeah I never really got the appeal of these. If they were generic civilian bodies I could get making one for other people, but even then I still wouldn't want a figure of myself...

I would prefer a generic Jedi or civilian. That would be better. The mandalorian seems odd. A generic mando would have been better.

I really don’t know how or where I’d display a figure of myself. Again civilian would work in a diorama, but honestly Star Wars would be better in 1:18 scale, for world building, then at that scale I don’t know how well it would work.

My son does karate so I’d love something like that for him, my wife was a top soft ball player when she was younger, always wanted to do a figure for her.

You could take his head and put it on the johnny lawrence playmates fig. After all he was the real hero of the karate kid. ;)
