I'm pretty sure it's only me but I want that Owlman. I loved watching all those pranks and though confusing, the Lord of Tears movie was pretty interesting.

Are companies trying to avoid well selling female characters?
My understanding is that Mezco has been working on new female body (likely slowed down by the pandemic and supply chain issues) since their old one had a lot of issues. I don't see them producing any new female figures until it's done. They have teased Ghost Spider (Spider Gwen) and my guess is that is the first figure we will see on the new buck. Either that or the Rumble Society character Tangerine that they have also teased.
