Thats unfortunate that the hair gets a wash of paint but all the intricate armor is left as bare plastic.

I don't know if it's appeared in the primary comics but it does remind me a lot of his design from Young Justice.

They did a light-up gimmick before with the gold label hazmat Batman but in this case I'd guess it's just them photoshopping promotional shots. Clayface's card/box photo did that, the photo clearly has his eyes glowing but that's not something the figure can actually do.

Definitely getting Superboy, signal and kc bats, they look fantastic!

I don’t like that Superboy. It’s very different compared to the box art, so it is considered inaccurate for that reason. I know this updated look has been drawn in the comic book, but I don’t like this look. 90’s Superboy like the one on the box/card is the one he should’ve done.

Agreed that Superboy doesn't look the way that he should, or the way I would expect him to, but I don't collect this line...

I don’t know what happened with BBTS, but being that they are charging $24.99 each I went with Amazon for the first time. I hope the pricing gets sorted out.

They are supposed to be one of the major toy retailers (at least that's what they have branded themselves as). I understand selling limited stuff, chases and exclusives at a premium.

But price gouging on retail prices is ridiculous.

But for the most part they have a lot of stuff I like.

Page Punchers are supposed to be $24.99. That's what they go for on Mcfarlane's toy store site and I paid that much for Constantine last year on amazon

I've noticed more and more that the art card included with these figures very often doesn't match the figure. It's very weird, especially in cases like with Superboy.

Very bummed about the Superboy. I literally just reread the Death and Return of Superman and was feeling in very Superman mood, thinking these would be the figures to get me to dip in McFarlane's pool. But now seeing the pics of the actual figure, it's not the 90's Superboy. I'm wondering if he'll get repainted with a new head down the road? Especially since I'm pretty sure that Eradicator is going to get repainted.

Of course he will. And me a Walmart Gold label we'll be unable to find

I get that it's just a repaint but come one. The first Blue Lantern you make is Kyle and not Saint Walker?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love Todd’s stuff and I love this DC line, but he is all over the place on releases. My type “A” personality has trouble not knowing if teams, eras, films and comic specific groups will ever be completed.

Happened with Signal as well as some others. Their Signal figure is accurate to the design in the comic book, but somehow, they had to include a completely different costume of Signal art on the card. Mr freeze is same thing, figure different compared to art.
