CA has already had Wave 11 hit retail. The guy on ebay is making a small fortune selling the figures for $40+ each that he just happened to find at his local Target.

I'm betting we'll all start to see Wave 11 start hitting in the next 2 weeks.
I think Wave 12 Series 3 will start being released in time for Xmas.

I can't find the Youtube link at the moment. It was pretty boring. Someone was videoing with his phone as he went through the pegs at Target. He didn't even notice/care about Thanos but he was clearly visible.

I believe it was in rebelscum's forums but someone did find them in Ohio.
I know one eBay seller had found them in Illinois too.
They are out. The problem is lots of stores are clogged with those Iron Men & Spideys that no one wants. Therefore they are not restocking them.
Wave 10 is now clogging my Walmart because they hiked their price to $8.97. That will also be a hindrance to any new figures being stocked.

I've received an e-mail from smalljoes.com. regarding my pre-order: Hello, we have been informed by Hasbro that we will not be receiving any allocation of Marvel Universe 3.75" figure assortment 2010 wave 6 until December.
