Until now the only marvel universe released or future releases that match with the silhouettes are:
- World War Hulk
- Sentinels (future release)
- Scarlet Spider (probably Wave 4 2011)

X-23 is mentioned in the interview COOL TOY REVIEW: Your Source For Action Figure Images & News Hasbro: Marvel Universe Exclusive Interview Annual #2 and it appears (at the bottom of the page) what we thought was Vance Astro might have been Steve Rogers. Doom and Scarlet Spider are there.

I'd go 50-1 that it is his Super Soldier costume (assuming that is the Secret Avengers outfit we are talking about).

Super Soldier most likely, Hasbro is going after the recent big storylines from Marvel.

That's what I think too. Civies outfit does not have as much appeal nor is as recognizable.

Rumored yes, but Curto has put out lists from the past that turned out to be legit, he was also first in revealing certain Hasbro prototypes a few few years back. The waves 3 and 4 lineups that we saw listed might change, but the figures listed might all be legit.

A few years back, he had made a list for Hasbro Marvel Legends, and IIRC, most of those figures ended up in the Target exclusive wave for 2008.

I'm inclined to trust this list. It has a lot that seems like hasbro would do, and especially for X-23 this seems highly likely.

Wave 3, for X-23 at least would seem about right, as she seemingly always shows up or something poignant comes up with her and the number 3, or hasbro could push her back to wave 4, to have her be the 23rd figure for 2011. We do already know she was in development anyway.

Darkhawk never having a figure before in his entire career at Marvel also makes him prime for a figure in 2011 as it seems they are building up the cosmic side of things right now.
The rest all fill out holes and needs hasbro would have for the line. Scarlet Spider himself even being the spidey figure for the wave just as the others are all high-volume sellers or rarities highly-sought after. Super Soldier Stever Rogers also paves the way for the Captain America movie as they have done previously with the line right before their movie-line releases.

Yeah, but that one was a given. I mean it's Hasbro. GI Joe scale and them together is like cheese and crackers.

Plus it probably helped that there were posts over at MarvelousNews begging for it too back right before toyark existed really. I know there was one I read that had even a full list of 3.75'' wants, and iirc, almost all of those have been covered.

Thing is though, Curto's rumors that turned out to be true goes back, even before CTR. Some of his lists that he posts at Rebelscum ended up turning out to be legit too. Before the Big AT AT and new Slave I were released this year, he was already hinting at them for the past few years.

Hmmm... Captain America and the Falcon, that brings back memories!!

Agreed with 90's X-Men, and especially Rachel Summers. A Phoenix (green or red) version of her would be incredibly easy to do now of course, with the DP Jean from the 2-pack providing everything but the head. But the hound costume would rock. (Would require all-new parts I think though, spikes everywhere...)

Yup, which means this list is probably pretty close. Could have some last minute swaps, but otherwise I tend to agree.

Well at least I can tide myself over with trying to find Thanos first. He's still eluding me.

I like most of the rumoured figures, x-23,skar and dr strange are the standouts for me.... looking at upcoming pics wwhulk, sentinels etc are the one's I really want to find..

having actually taking doom down and had a look and a fiddle around i think they could do a better version if they are re doing him i would still buy it, think of it Iron Man can have 20+ figures, Why can't Doom have two and ditto for Ultron but they have to go with one of his other looks though

Agreed, but Magneto and Reed needed redo's way before two of the best Secret Wars figures. I can imagine Reed's redo being held off for a team pack, but a taller Mags w/removable helmet would have been welcomed.

Yes definitly Magneto was probaly on of the worst figures from that line and one of the best characters so he definitly needs to be redone
