Haven't seen them yet in the Montreal area.
|
Found a whole set just after New Years in the Frasier Valley area in BC. Sadly, I found them just days after my BBTS order for them came in! I would have TOTALLY bought them all when I saw them in person at TRU just to have them right now! Stupid Canada Post!

Oh and they are sold out on Mattycollector. And Im still waiting for my BBTS order to come in and i ordered my set back in September. Grrr...

Hello everyone, not sure if anybody still looks after this thread, but I'll have a quick business trip to Montreal next week, and I was wondering if there are nice spots for toys. Is there many comic shops, or small supermarkets like Walgreens with action figures?
I'm not sure I'll have access to a car, but if there's a nicely stuffed Walmart or Target in the suburbs, please let me know! |

In terms of comic shops, a lot of my favourite ones don't seem to be around anymore, but Librairie Omnibus and Capitaine Quebec are still around: https://www.facebook.com/omnibusbookstore/ and https://www.facebook.com/Capitainequebecmtl/ If you're going off-island, there's a Toys R Us in my town of Brossard, just across the Champlain Bridge, and you'll also find the sprawling Dix 30 shopping mall in Brossard as well, which features a big walmart as well as some specialty stores that stock figures and toys. Promenades Saint Bruno is also an option. There is a Toys R Us there, albeit outside of the big shopping mall itself, and in the massive shopping mall, you will find Boutique Imaginaire, a hobby store with toys, board games, model kits, comics, collectibles, and more: https://imaginaire.com/en/ Hope this helps, and enjoy your visit! |
Hello there, and thank you for your list!
Thanks to you I've been able to visit some of your locations, especially Saint Bruno... the Walmarts and Toysrus weren't as packed with toys as I imagined they would be, but it was a nice shopping experience anyway! Thank you so much for your insights! |
