Which is why we should all coordinate a huge discussion about how the MU Ironman figures are going for a lot... hahaha

That the 100+ people looking at this website at any given time, a site dedicated to discussing what figures are valuable or highly sought after, would have a few eBay sellers reading our discussions and preying on misguided tips about TRU online updates.

Of course that happens... this is the internet, where people go to get info, but I'm thinking if you're in the business of scalping then you know the trends and are already checking the things we're checking.. fan sites like this one as well as online retailers like TRU & HTS. If you're suggesting we don't post when figures we all are looking for are in stock then we're probably hurting scalpers a little bit, but we'd be hurting board members, who are collectors, all the same.

You could use PM's for new stuff and regular posts for older stuff (to help collectors save gas by warning them about stores that don't have anything).

Keep in mind, people can still find out what they want to know, no matter what you do. This is the Internet, after all.

There is always online stores too consider how gas prices are going...a trip to walmart might cost 15$ in the end where as ordering it online shipped might only cost 8.95

The thirll of the hunt is part of the fun...like treasure hunting lol

Also there's the downside of getting a figure with really horrible paint app from ordering online (unless the store offers hand picked at a premium), but I agree that online is the best way to save considering time/gas.

But I haven't seen wave 13 or even 11 in my area.... :( sniff, sniff
