just found Beast here in NC. I also saw Tigra but left her. Now all I need is yellow daredevil and camo Punisher.

Hoping for new MU even before the Walmart reset but no, did find the Ares and Nemesis waves of Legends. Surprised as down here we're usually one of the last to get new waves.

Went to Wal-Mart last night, but they only had the Punisher in green camo. They had 3 of only him from this wave. Surprisingly, they had a few characters from the Ares wave as well. They only one I liked from that wave was Crossbones and I already got him so I passed on everything they had.

Just went and saw squat! They didn't selve them yet I guess because there's a guy I know who said he got his at the same Wally world I go too. I'll check again when I need milk. Ha

Is Crossbones in this batch? I saw the green camo Punisher in the store & Crossbones was one of the guys from that batch on the back.

and I picked up the NOVA~!!

There was also a Psylocke in another store. Anybody know about this one? I don't really collect these so I don't know much about them.

Psylocke is part of the Mojo BAF wave (series 14), which was from a couple of years ago and one of the last waves done by Toy Biz before Hasbro took over.

Thanks Trebleshot. I am glad that they released this wave in particular since it carries one of my all time favorite heroes, NOVA!

Your not the only one buddy. I've been waiting for a NOVA figure since the line began with Toybiz. I'm hoping he makes the Marvel Universe cut soon.

On a related note a good friend of mine just picked up Black Bolt, Tigra and Nova for me. Very happy finally getting Nova.

Yeah....they especially look bad on female figures at the hip joints.

Just saw a few of them at Wal-Mart at lunch. Some of the Ares wave too.

All they had though, was Punisher, Scarlet Spider, Ult. War Machine and HR Iron Man.

It sounds like I am not alone in my thought that it took so FREAKIN' long for these figures to come out I lost interest in the ML line all together....

Whoever was in charge of this messed up big IMO. I have moved onto MU and only a few here and there as I know that once I really get involved in it Hasbro will blow it and start making 4 5/8" figures. I am happy with the MU line so far but most figures I see are warped and deformed in the package making me pass on them which is a shame. I do not know why they were made so much more frail and slender compared to the solid GI Joes they are putting out.

OK Hasbro, nows your time to prove you can make and SUSTAIN a good line like Toybiz did. Don't fail us or Im off to the DC Universe / DC Infinite Heroes line!

My local Walmart had the whole wave minus Tigra. Bought Nova...was on the fence about the rest. I really only wanted the Nemesis parts from the rest so I went to eBay to take a look. The prices seem to be all over the place. Some go for 99 cent while others go for almost $10.

I didn't get as good of a deal as the poster above me, but I didn't manage to get the rest of the parts I need minus the arm that comes w/ Punisher for a little under $30 shipped. I'm OK w/ that since the Punisher figure looks real good and the store has a lot of him (and his variant) in stock.

I found yellow Daredevil and bought him, that's the only one I wanted. Turned out pretty good, wish his other hand was open so he could hold nunchuks with both hands. Wish he came with his billy club too.

Saw Beast...pretty weird...the leg articulation does not work well without thigh swivels, especially for Beast.

The seller sent me an email asking me to accept cancellation of the transaction.
I believe it's because I won for less than he expected, but he says it's because he sold it to someone else, then forgot to cancel the auction.

I had already received his thanks you won email from ebay, then got that a few hours later.

I'm going to do my best to get him removed from ebay.

If he was so concerned about getting his money's worth, why didn't he add a reserve to the auction? Much easier than doing what he's doing now.

:D I told him the same thing.
There was a send a comment to the seller box when I declined agreeing to cancel.
I told him that he should have used a reserve price, fixed price, or buy it now if he wanted to sell for a specific price.
Now I have to wait and see what eBay's going to do for me.

All I need is the Punisher and his Nemesis BAF part and I'm done w/ this wave.

Now that is down right wrong of the seller. I hope eBay does act against him and bans him. It's selling practices like this guy who scare away people or give honest sellers a bad reputation.
