They're making a full size Ant-man figure. And a normal sized Yellowjacket was made. Why would you think a normal sized Giant man and Wasp figures wouldn't be made?

Full size meaning 12 inches? I know they are coming out with a Eric O'Gradey Ant Man w/ Moonknight...

NerfTW 07-30-2011 09:17 PM

I meant full size as in 3 3/4. After 2 small size Ant mans. So I think the odds of a full size Wasp are pretty good, especially given the apparent increase in female figures next year. (Perhaps they've finally convinced Hasbro that female figures do in fact sell.)

Johnnyakiba 07-30-2011 09:28 PM

Cosmo the dog...

Squirrel Girl...

Great Lake Avenger...

I HOPE THE DO THESE but... It's only a dream...

JonnyVu 07-30-2011 09:37 PM

Spot!

So am I but pick up Iron man #205- the BAF is perfect scale when held next to the Silver Centuian IM or the AIM soldiers.
But different artists ahve drawn him at diffrent sizes depending on the version, which hoverchair he's in, etc.

Just to creep you out, I give you proof that Ms. Marvel has no standards whatsoever...
http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._1970110_n.jpg

Also, the first MODOK was killed by the Serpent Society and the current version is some sorta backup in a cloned body...but here's Kirby giving the best scale pic I can readily find..
http://www.leaderslair.com/marvelvillains/modok.jpg

Anyway, my big three that will never get made (but I'd love to see them...

Firepower (armored Iron Man villian with a badass armor and a nuke! Almost killed poor Tony at the end of the Armor Wars- destroyed the Silver Centurian armor along with several of Tony's ribs.

Maelstrom- an Avengers/Quasar villain. He's SO EVIL and crazy powerful. he's got Thanos' old job of wiping out half the uiniverse. He sawed off poor Quasar's arms to get the Quantum Bands. While keeping Quasar alive and crucified at the time.

Daisy Johnson (Quake)- she's the head of the new post-SHIELD organization (which will probably get called SHIELD eventually) and heir apparant to all that was Nick Fury's- his personally trained replacment anfd best pupil ever.
She's also leads her own team of superhuman badasses (Secret Warriors) and made Wolverine's heart explode when he threatened to kill Nick.
Let me type that again- She casually made Wolverine's heart explode.

Yeah- she'll be taking no crap from the likes of a sissy like him!
She's also only 21 years old.

Veronica Mars 07-30-2011 10:46 PM

Ok I'd also love to see some Serpent Society characters

Torpedo 07-30-2011 10:52 PM

I thought of another one that will never get made...

http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__...er_Vol_1_1.jpg
Nightcrawler "swashbuckler" variant
Accessories include three cutlasses (two for the hands and one for the tail) and a mini Bamf figure (see the lower left hand corner of the cover)!

I could custom that so easily, it would make your head spin. LOL.

I'd love to see a figure of "the Champion". A character and antagonist of what is easily one of my favourite stories of all time: "And They Shall Call Him... CHAMPION!"

For those of you who have never read this, you owe it to yourself to do so. Marvel Two-In-One Annual #7 featuring a boxing tournament where some of Earth's mightiest heroes (The Thing, Wonder Man, Sasquatch, Thor, Hulk, etc.) square off against an alien gladiator known only as the CHAMPION!!!

For those who remember this awesome tale, do you also remember an episode of Dial M for Monkey which parodies this very comic featuring the late-great wrestling legend "Macho Man" Randy Savage (R.I.P) in the role of the Rasslor (parody of the Champion)?? Sweeeeet. Justice Friends 4-Ever. Macho Man ruuuuules!! Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh yyyyyeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome suggestion. The Champion is one of the Elders of the Universe along with the Collector and the Grandmaster to name just a couple. I remember both the comic and the cartoon you mentioned. That comic is one of the best Thing stories I've ever read. The cartoon is hilarious! During the Rasslor vs. Samurai match, Rasslor taunts his opponent in rhyme, "I do not like your kicks so high. I do not like you Sam-oo-rai!" Great stuff.

Read Thanos Quest to see Thanos own Champion six ways from sunday- Thanos never breaks a sweat, only throws one punch and barely gets out of his chair the whole time.
A planet is destroyed in the process of their very one-sided struggle.

It's Hilarious!

Hmmm, gonna have to disagree with this one. Not that I don't want to see them made, it's just this is a Not Gonna Happen list and at the very least, I can definitely see a Bishop and a Jigsaw figure getting made. I mean we've had 3 (soon to be 4) Punisher figures already and not one single Punisher recurring villain.

I'll be more than happy to eat my words. I just don't see Jigsaw happening. The line has been chock full of Iron Man figures too, but nary a major Iron Man villain. Not even Mandy.

Bishop....maybe, but I won't hold my breath.

We'll see.

But Kingpin? I can see that one day, especially when they remake Daredevil which has been talked about forever.

boombatty 07-31-2011 08:33 AM

One more to add that has been discussed and Hasbro has stated they would love to do but I don't see it ever happening due to licensing: Rom

Honestly? The reason I think these won't get made?

Because I want them. Pictures of the upcoming Tony Stark Iron Man is proof that Hasbro looks inside my head to see what i want.... and ignores it or poops on it

bmorr 07-31-2011 02:44 PM

heres two that came to mind: crime-buster and stunt master.
they show up randomly in different series over the last couple decades. ill never see these being made though.

When that nova eventually comes out, i wanna put out some hope in other Nova Corps members! But, ya know......

Prem1x 07-31-2011 05:59 PM

Alien Legion. I don't think it would ever happen.

Crazy Jetty 07-31-2011 06:54 PM

I see lots of of lists that include characters that are almost definately gonna happen in some form or another. Seems like a lot of people are just copy/pasting their own wishlist.
'tis the reason I won't mention characters like Jarvis, Sister Grimm or Molly (Unlikely, but not so much so that we should discount them ever happening).

My list?

Circuit Breaker, GB Blackrock, and the Neo Knights.

'nuff said.

I'd kill for Alien Legion figures!
Chuck Dixon and Carl Potts were rying to get a live action off the ground and Potts said that Sean Bean would be the ultimate Jugger Grimrod.
Gotta say- he's 100% right!

Damn! we cuold probably make the core team too- Gladiator's head and some sculpted hair for Sarigar- use a Skrull thin body....Colussus head on a Thanos body for Tonk...
