The BAF is correct- and MODOG was about the same size (till IM killed his ass).

He's 12' tall

Assumiing the AIM soldiers are 6' tall, that's more or less right.

^^ Yeah, I think it looks perfectly to scale. It's just they made the rocket booster a little bigger to bulk it out a bit, I think, but it looks suitable.

The problem with action figure scale is it seems to me that it slides smaller as things get bigger. I.e. Hulk should be bigger. The GB characters are about half the size they should be and Galactus is like 1/8 of the size needed to be to scale. So, I feel a little smaller than the BAF MODOK is more appropriate, but to each his own.

The beauty of the BAF figure is a matter of articulation. MODOK isn't the most expressive figure at any rate, but at least you can move his lower arms and legs and hands (plus his base spins). And the detail on the BAF figures tends to be quite amazing.

To what was hinted, I hope Professor X comes before MODOK, as he is a more important figure in the comics, movies, and cartoons.

I agree - big figures tend to be a little small, although once you get bigger than Giant figures and the Masterworks scale, it gets problematic to display and store them. I appreciate that they made a Galactus figure, but it was impossible to make a planet eater to scale. It is an irony that a legends BAF figure is in better scale with Universe than legends!

Yeah, but it's great for us- you can bet that future BAF offerings will also hook us up moreso than them.
I think Mojo from the old X-Men line o toys works great as a MU scale fig.
As does Warstar (he looks great next to Gladiator!).
POssibly the Sugar man too...though he's pretty stupid, IMHO.
