Your making one, right? I hope you are...I really really do.

Yeah, I'm not to excited about this set either. I will prolly only pick it up just to have it complete my set, but won't be paying e-tail prices just yet.

scarecrow 08-31-2011 12:46 PM

Awh hell. Man this might be the 3 pack that I HAVE to pick up...

Tiberius 08-31-2011 12:49 PM

I'll be getting this when ever I see it at retail, or if a fellow arker fines one and we trade =3.

boombatty 08-31-2011 12:50 PM

I just scooped one up. Suhweet

thechris 08-31-2011 12:51 PM

I've bought from this seller before. I could probably ask if she could ship it loose but I recall shipping was generally very expensive from her.

Yea, 30 bucks for standard is a money grab obviously, for 30 bucks it better damn well show up the next day with a free cookie.

Do Boy 08-31-2011 12:53 PM

Guess they sold out. Listing has ended

im getting it the day it hits HTS.com.....or wal-mart a year from now..

thechris 08-31-2011 01:56 PM

I'm guessing BBTS will get this in finally sometime around this week. I'm in no rush, anyway. I already have another box coming in from them.

:) Yeah, the 3 packs have not hit here either with even the first wave, much less this pack. It's not too much more with HTS, particularly if they have a coupon or other deal.

Torpedo 09-01-2011 02:06 AM

I really want the Guardians of the Galaxy three-pack! I love that Hasbro included "potted" Groot. This is the first of the three-packs I want, having had little to no interest in the classic Avengers, Uncanny X-Force, or Fantastic Four three-packs.

But what worries me is I've never seen any of the three packs at retail, not at Toys 'R Us, Target, or Wal-Mart. Up 'til now that has not been a problem, but now that there's a three pack I want and would like to get at retail cost rather than online coupled with a shipping charge I'm worried.

So my question is this, for those who have seen and/or bought the previous three-packs at retail stores, which stores have carried them?

Do Boy 09-01-2011 05:45 AM

It seems like Wal-Mart is the one who is getting it the most out of everyone.

quinten182 09-01-2011 05:57 AM

And that sucks because walmart is the place that has a 50% chance of not carrying MU at all..

This is starting to become true for me :(

bmorr 09-01-2011 06:12 AM

mine just restocked.....with a single figure. ONE!!! But they did have the three packs but got rid of the 6 inch DC figs. Are walmarts phasing out DC?

Prem1x 09-01-2011 06:48 AM

All individual Wal-Mart stores have the possibility of stopping carrying a line if that store doesn't have good sales for it. It can also come back like my nearest WM has GIJoe again (yeah!).

No, I don't think WM has stopped DC yet.

I live in a pretty over-developed area where there's stores on top of stores all over the place, and the one Walmart that was like the hidden diamond in the rough for me just cut MU from their lineup. It's so close to one of those mega-retard Walmarts (the giant Walmarts) that people pass it over and just drive three miles down the road to go to the mall-sized one, so there was always ridiculous clearances and decent stock. I'm none too pleased!

quinten182 09-01-2011 08:03 AM

Alright, do I read Thanos Imperative, Annihilation, or War of Kings first? And in what order? Today begins my cosmic marvel journey!

  3. War of Kings
  4. Thanos Imperative

Enjoy. They are awesome!

Thanos Imperative comes after realm of Kings as I recall.
Did I tell you guys that I own page #19 of Thanos Imperative: Ignition?
And that it became the cover to the second printing?

It's got a special place in my heart (next to all that Slim Jim grease).

While you're at it, pick up the Guardians of The Galaxy series- amazing stories and fantastic art-a title so damn good that Marvel canned it to make two more Deadpool titles and the worst Wolverine series of all time.

GotG is great because you really come to love the characters and they can get killed just like anyone else...though a little something like "death" cant stop Moondragon or Phyla Vell from being together...not for long anyway!

I thought bout it- it's more work than an easy repaint, but Gladiator is a common fig here just now...
I love how his gowing emblem is his cape buckle! Glowing emblems on his hands too!

SO much cooler than his Superman get up!

joemama13 09-01-2011 08:20 PM

Is that 3 pack out at retailers yet?
