Though you likely meant Gladiator, I'll point out that both Guardian and Gladiator had alternate costumes.

I need to pick up a gladiator figure still one of these days. Maybe on my next BBTS order if he's still clearanced down.

We should also be getting maybe the first wave of the 2012 series in 2011. That's been happening every year so far. Other than that, it looks like you covered the rest.

does this gladiator have a specific name? like from the book... if you know what i mean. because im digging the black suit but am having trouble finding what book its from and any pics of him at all other than the one you posted.

There ya go, I didn't read War of Kings. I'd bet that's the only time he's ever been in an alternate costume, save maybe alternate universe versions... Hmm. I'll have to start digging through my books...
