Wow there really isn't much on that list that I want. I only want Heimdall , Shocker , and Super Stretch Venom but they might become more available in the US someday.
I have watched other toys go up this high when they are popular, only to see the prices fall back down to retail price after about 5 years. I hope none of us feels like we have to get it now before it goes any higher.

Fortune 10-12-2011 10:02 AM

Also shouldn't the first wave of Gigantic Battlers be on this list?

This might be his own personal list. But I do agree they should be on there.

Ah I thought we were compiling a list lol. I kick myself to this day for passing on the two gigantic battles packs at my local for 17$ that sat there for 3 months

I think we all do!!! lol

CLASSIFIED 10-12-2011 10:27 AM

Why would one want to compile such a list?

Couldn't one just go to eBay and filter their search from least to most expensive in order to find out how much that rare/ valuable figure they want is going to cost them?

neatogecko 10-12-2011 11:17 AM

From what I've seen out there, the short list of highest priced MU items would be:

-Nick Fury Exclusive
-X-Force Archangel Exclusive
-SDCC 2010 Galactus
-Gigantic Battles Goliath/Iron Man pack (Blue/Yellow or Red/Blue)
-Full color Vision

That's just from what I've seen.

CLASSIFIED 10-12-2011 11:22 AM

Goliath/ Iron Man 2 pack is $10 at Marshals, so eBay scalpers; go get'em.

So I've heard. I've yet to find one there though. And I could really, really use a Blue & Yellow Goliath.

I bought one about a month ago, they have them at the Natick mall.

You guys live in Smashachucettes right?

behindthemask 10-12-2011 02:05 PM

First of all this thread is a message board for high end figures. As I mentioned most of us have all or most of the common figures, it's the variants, stand changes, alternate colors and odd ball figures which make us all drool and contemplate spending more then the retail price. I can see DO BOY's concern for scalpers trying to focus on the rarities and jack the price up, but honestly half of this site is full of similar info. And the list itself is just my personal opinion, so if you have a "better list" don't be shy post away. Oh and the WinterSoldier variant is the glider, I've seen 2 different color gliders.

If they still have them next time I go to the Natick mall I'll pick one up for you.

Be on the look out for my over-priced eBay auction.

You should pick them up and scalp them.
