I wonder if Mattel does stick to their word if they will still include the collect and connect Chemo pieces with the figures or will be like the other reissues and just come with the stands

I seriously doubt it. Watch, they will come with stands.

Never even found a single wave 8 toy around these parts, and I've looked like crazy. I'm not surprised about wave 9 at all. It's a real shame about the distribution, especially since the quality control of the figures has finally become fairly acceptable compared to some earlier offerings.

Well I still have not found anymore of more wave 9 but I did manage to pick up all of the Secret Wars wave 2 figures, the Batman Beyond 3 pack, and The Joker from Batman The Brave and the Bold today.

I managed to find a lone Black Adam at a Target far away...thank god as this was the primary figure I wanted!

This situation is still terrible and I think Mattel really needs to get to the core of their distribution problem and FIX it STAT. Why? Because this has gone on for years, 2002 MOTU, DCSH, and now DCUC. Come on Mattel it's clear that most fans WANT your products but don't have them not because of the price, but because they simply are NOT THERE for us to buy.

I have given up on the 3 I am missing from wave 8 and the 6 I am missing for wave 9. Probably will purchase them a scalper rates. I am hoping to stay a little more on top of it for wave 10 which I know will be difficult to begin with becuase it is a Wal - Mart exclusive.
