Any gi joe figure should have a gun holster. There are only a handful of mu figures that will have gun holsters.

Maybe get one of those plastic swords for holding olives in drinks and paint it as his sword...supermarkets carry packs of like 50 for a couple of bucks.

A friend of mine (she does not read comics) how incredibly fruity/pimp Zemo's costume is- a fur-lined pink outfit with gold trim.

Man, really threw my perceptions of the good Baron as a badass.
Maybe he's color blind? He could think it's all dark greys, I suppose...that would help some.
