He most likely has an account with Hasbro, or possibly a hook-up overseas. He tends to get stuff shortly after they hit the Asian market, sometimes long before even BBTS or EE get stock. Either way, $12+ per figure shipped is too high. You're better off ordering a set or even a case from BBTS or EE.

I disagree, if you live in the States then wait for BBTS or EE. I've ordered from them and most of the time everyone else is getting their orders and I'm still waiting. I've dealt with this seller several times and he's one of the best on Ebay. IMO, for us Canadian collectors, this is a better way to get what I want faster.
