If anyone hasn't seen Lost,.. get on that.

My girlfriend loves bones she even cried when Nigel murry got shot LOL we have all the seasons on blu ray n dvd ... Im a big documentry guy anyone know of any good ones on netflicks I been waiting for netflicks to put through the worm hole with Morgan freeman on watch instantly that show is awsome

My wife and I watch Bones all the time. And I agree, it's been a little weird since they got together officially. But it has put a new wrinkle in their routine. It's a bit like watching Spock go through pregnancy.

As for what I'd recommend, Blackadder comes to mind. The first season is a little off, but the second is brilliant.

I would add more, but it's been a while since I browsed their instant streaming section. Most of my queue is filled with young kids' shows (Wiggles, Olivia, Caillou, Wonder Pets, etc.). Thankfully, there's a few that I like as well (Phineas and Ferb, of course).

Well I just finished season 2 of Breaking Bad and it was great, so now I'm moving on to Season 3. I hope it doesn't disappoint.

Anyway, are there any fans of Farscape on here?
I remember liking it when I was younger, and just recently noticed it was on Netflix. I might start watching it again.

I watched this over the weekend. It was pretty good. I thought it took a little too long to get down to it though.

The Bradley Cooper scene was the shit though.

I think I've worn out the documentary section on Netflix. If it'sa documentary about war, religion, or UFO's, I've probably seen it. What are you into?

tlasjr 01-30-2012 03:15 PM

Check out troll hunter, thats a fun flick.
I can't believe no ones mentioned Dr. Who yet.

DogFashionDisco 01-30-2012 03:51 PM

Doctor Who!!!! I just assumed everyone watches it.

And as far as documentaries, try Man on Wire.

KshatriyaNZ666 02-01-2012 09:58 PM

-Tucker and Dale vs Evil - totally judged this book by the cover and was proven WRONG! Must see! ;)

-Psych - hilarious!

-Baccano! - Awesome piece of work, kinda like the "Pulp Fiction" for animation the way that that film was for all films (hopefully that came out right :)) - try it!

DogFashionDisco 02-05-2012 10:06 PM

Portlandia - This show is weird.

DogFashionDisco 02-14-2012 09:27 PM

The Expendables.

trebleshot 02-15-2012 11:11 AM

For fans of British comedy, I highly recommend Blackadder.

Good choice. Looking forward to the sequel, too.

fosterlager 02-15-2012 11:24 AM

I'm about 112 episodes into a show called Star Trek: The Next Generation. It's pretty good! :D

DogFashionDisco 02-16-2012 08:27 PM

The original version of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is on Netflix, but I prefer the new version that recently hit theaters. The intro to the film is fucking sweet too, check it out:

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo - Full Title Sequence - YouTube

The song is a remix of Led Zeppelin's Immigrant Song.

NoodleChow 02-16-2012 09:07 PM

still have yet to see the new version but read the first book and watched the swedish films. i still heart noomi. prolly see the new one eventually.

i think my favorite shows on Netflix that i wouldn't have seen otherwise are Luther and Peep Show. first one is a british detective show in the vein of sherlock sorta and the other is this weird POV comedy.

Crazy Jetty 02-16-2012 09:11 PM

I don't know if it's on Netflix or not, but anyone who's a fan or britcoms, and screwed up comedies in general really needs to look into BBC's League of Gentlemen.

Also worth noting are Come Fly With Me, Vicar of Dibley, Keeping Up Appearances, Mulberry, and of course, Fawlty Towers.

DogFashionDisco 02-23-2012 08:38 PM

I just watched Hobo with a Shotgun. WTFuck?
It was definitely set up like a 90's B-movie, and yes, I'm aware it was adapted from Grindhouse. So weird.....

NoodleChow 02-23-2012 08:48 PM

oh man, love that movie. soundtrack is a beast too.

I almost forgot, the homage to Evil Dead/Army of Darkness was sweet too. I love those goofy building scenes.
