CC, Zartan, Storm Shadow, Roadblock and Snake eyes are definite buys. Might even buy 2 CCs to make use of that head for a custom.

Duke I'm considering just to have a figure to bolster the Joe/Shield army shelf. Plus he looks like he'd go well with Scifi.

for sure buying storm shadow and zartan. maybe snake eye. i'd wanna see if they put roadblock on a bigger body and if so i'd get him for customizing. can't wait to see the girls and firefly.

I do find it interesting that Hasbro's gone back to sculpting actor likenesses. I thought they were moving away from that. Maybe it was just because of the switch from RoC to PoC.

I don't know why people keep paying so much for Zombie Vipers. You could easily just army build this Channing Tatum figure and get the same effect. They're both brainless, drooling mutants, right?

on a supporting note, i really am impressed with these figs. not enough to get me back into collecting Joes (been there, done that,) but as a SS/SE fan since the 80's, i'm definitely picking up the new Storm Shadow. that figure is phenomenal.

I will buy at least 3 CC's and perhaps 2 or 3 cobra troopers because they have a cool look,the rest will be an easy pass.

I like some but I was really only looking forward to Zartan in a suit with a Zartan head and the presidents head. The same set up as last time. Instead we get another ninja. sniff sniff is that Ninja Force the Rocks been cooking?
No Women, no suits means these will really just b custom fodder to me.

If Duke looks decent I'll probably get one and swap his head with the PoC Duke with the pulse rifle from Aliens (the best Duke headsculpt imo).

They only dropped them due to some sort of legal issue regarding the film characters,im guessing paramount tied the movie related figures into the movie contract to A)stop Hasbro pulling a Lucas and B)making a bucketload of profit off em between movies??

I'm definitely going to pick up Cobra Commander, Roadblock and Strom Shadow. The Snake Eyes seems a bit plain...my opinion might change after if it comes with a bunch of accessories.

Other way around. If Hasbro used actor likeness sculpts for POC(as originally intended), Paramount would have to get a cut.
