It does say the regular price is up to $48.99.

Saw the sales at TRU, they don't ever put the 2 packs on sale at TRU or Target, wonder why not? I picked up Wolverine/Sabretooth. Almost have all the mutants!

Yea, it sucks. The best deal I've ever seen on two packs is the one on right now at Hasbro Toy Shop with the 25% off. :(

I was at TRU tonight and the MU sale is 2 for $13 at that store.

My TRU last night had 2 for $14.99 posted, but when I scanned a Thor figure it said 2 for $12.99. So no idea which is which, but sales are there.

Too bad TRU didn't have anything worth picking up.
