Do you think he'd make an extra tommy gun, and if so, what would it cost?

kenm2474 02-02-2012 08:23 PM

2 or 3 dollars. Thats the going cost but I am guessing as I have never been charged for any weapons yet.

Granny Goodness creeps me the fuck out.

Oh, and I would be pumped if you could score an extra tommy gun, its for my Rogues Gallery.

A new rumor has surfaced over on the RTM Message Boards claiming DC All-Stars Wave 3 is supposed to, so far, consist of New 52 Batman, New 52 Green Lantern and Brainiac. Take this rumor with a grain of salt. More info as it becomes available.

Does anyone have a few comic shots of what these incarnations look like? I haven't read the new 52 at all, I'm more of a TPB guy.

That would definitely be a cool wave, but I'll be taking it with a grain of salt for the time being. Assuming it is true, I hope there's a fourth figure for the wave. Still, the inevitable figure of Batman's new 52 design is an almost instant-buy for me. I wonder which version of Brainiac they would make. While I would love to see them attempt his new 52 design, it would have to be sold as an over-sized figure, and given the odd centipedal design he has, I'm not sure they would bother trying to tackle it. I'm not a fan of his old skeletal robot form, so I hope they would stay away from that look.

The Animated Series one? I don't know man, that one was pretty cool.

I would absolutely love to see that design made into a 6" figure, especially with all the articulation Mattel puts in to them these days. I was referring to this design: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...rainiac544.PNG, which if I'm not mistaken, has already been made at this scale, but it wouldn't surprise me if they re-used it.

kenm2474 02-02-2012 10:29 PM

I like my Batman Incorporated. He has the NEW 52 Look.

Thank you. I think this Batman would make a pretty sweet action figure, although it would mostly be an addition to a line of Batman concepts (hey maybe I'm considering this). Anyway, The rest of the new 52 look less modern, and more rushed.

Eh, kind of. I think Brainiac and Metallo have practically blended together in many ways. I'm not totally surprised, considering they represent technological advancement vs. what was widely considered an "American Hero" (Superman). Of course he has super powers, but that is just how we Americans like to think we function - great power, and integrity!

I'm just going to assume this was made by someone else than a major manufacturer. It looks too good (minus the hair and stuff).

TheLoudMaster 02-03-2012 01:01 AM

That's DC Direct's Batman Inc. Batman. its pretty cool, kinda sucks that he has that same standard DCD articulation.

kenm2474 02-03-2012 08:55 AM

Nah. Hes not a Custom. You can find him at your LCS and ebay. He has a lot of detail and is just a really good looking Batman. I dusted him after after I saw the pic.

Crazy Jetty 02-03-2012 12:36 PM

Okay, if the 52 Batman and GL end up confirmed, then I might have no choice but to get 52 Superman and Flash. Four of the team will be done, and good money on Cyborg and Wonderwoman coming in wave four or five.
(I see them as being more likely to be made than Aquaman)

Tiberius 02-03-2012 12:47 PM

I want everything New 52! I think Animal Man could look flipping crazy if done right!

Looks like Batman Legacy Arkham City Harley Quinn is being sold on her own instead of in a 2-pack with Arkham City Nightwing, at least according to this listing on Amazon.com...
