It’s also worth mentioning Deadpool is 3 per case to Xavier’s 1 per case...

That is incorrect sir.

BBTS is great...i used to pretty much use ONLY them. But since their prices jumped...i can almost consistently find what i'm looking for.. CHEAPER than their prices now...and all those dollars add up. that is the SOLE reason why i stopped shopping with them.
Pile of loot, Customer service, was all great. shipping speed was good..but def not great.

BBTS has spectacular customer service. I gave them a lot more of my business back when they were the first to get stuff, but that hasn't been the case for a while. If you're paying extra in addition to waiting, you're gonna have a bad time.
But I still buy from them five or six times a year, they've been good to me.

Kevin Feige posts on Toyark, you guys!
No but, really. Dirk Anger is an inspired choice, I can really see that working. He can do maniacal. Annie Wersching was my first pick for Elsa, then she was cast in something else Marvel related. No shortage of beautiful British actresses who could pull it off, or Americans doing an accent.

I wonder if we will see Rogue rereleased in a vintage wave soon. She’s going for stupid money on EBay right now.

^ Finally... don't have to feel bad for another capeless MU Black Knight out there somewhere.

I remember that wave vividly... finding Rogue was really easy while finding Deadpool and Wolvie were near impossible for me. Fast forward a few years and that Deadpool is practically worthless and so is that Wolvie with both the figure and Juggernaut being rereleased. I bet we get green and black Rogue instead though.

Mystique arrived earlier today, and she is fantastic. Also can't wait to slap together a Lilandra. Now what to do with that ridiculous giant gun...

I don't know what you do with your accessories, but I just store them in a fishing lure box. :D I've got all kinds of huge ass weapons in one of the bigger trays.

More that I want to figure out who to give it to, since Mystique ain't ever holding that thing.

I just don't have a lot of characters that would use a blinged-out machine gun/grenade launcher hybrid.

Maybe hammerhead? He seems the type to use a blinged out shotgun.

WOuld he? Hammerhead seems more like the 20s gangster style to me.

Anyway, now that Hasbro has pretty much checked off most of my wants list with the reveals and recently releases of Mystique, Prof X, Gambit, Beast, classic Magneto, Sinister, Nightcrawler, and Colossus, my new top 10 X-Men list is:

First Appearance Storm
Byrne/Cockrum Banshee
Ariel
Stryfe rerelease
Alien Brood (maybe as an army builder pack)
Deathbird
Arcade
Avalanche
Pyro
Blob

Don't have a Hammerhead anyway, just not someone I desperately needed for my collection :D

I wish there was a Golden Skull figure, or that it was super easy to kitbash one. He'd definitely use that gun.

He's definitely up there now. I remember him being $20 for a year or two after release while I was only collecting Transformers.

Tarooster 03-07-2019 03:19 PM

I saw him in the wild at retail and passed. Big mistake.

I didn't realize he was commanding that much money now. I had a second one that I had sold off for close to retail a few years back. I should have held onto him.

Man, you took the words right off my keyboard. I'd be down for all of the above for sure.

Archangel 03-07-2019 05:20 PM

Stryfe was around $50 on EBay last year. I wish I had snagged him.

I did manage a Jubilee head and pieced together a little kitbash.

Tarooster 03-07-2019 05:26 PM

90s Storm
Sebastian Shaw
Avalanche
Pyro
Toad
Marrow
90s Havok
Donald Pierce
Banshee
Bastion

Something like that.

Starlord67 03-07-2019 06:19 PM
