Was on the fence about her, but that picture of her sold me...I’purchased her...Don’t know much about her, but from the small bits I have read about her seem intriguing...Also, her figure looks comic accurate...

I had to get a friend to pick up the exclusive Star Force Carol for me at Target an hour away.

Was browsing around other sites over the weekend, when I noticed that the folks over at Articulated Icons (AKA: TheFwoosh) were running a sale on several of their Feudal Series figures on the site. Seeing some of them deeply discounted to around Legends pricing, I decided to take a chance and pick up two of their basic ninjas in black.

They arrived today, and they're pretty good for Kickstarter campaign figures by a company not named Hasbro or Four Horsemen. They scale pretty well with most Legends (in particular, the Bucky Cap mold, the buck on which many street level characters are on) and they feature some really solid accessories that offer a variety of options to make them unique, with a good range of motion. I also love the wrist articulation, as they use a joint not all that different from what you would see on a Mafex or Revoltech figure. I wish Legends would move to this system, as it not only makes the hand much more useful because of the motion this system allows, but it also makes hand swapping a breeze.

They weren't perfect by any means...I had to give both of them a hot bath to free up the joints, the alternate heads had some paint splotching and were tough to fit onto the bodies, and I had to disassemble the arm of one of my ninjas at the lower elbow joint as it was completely stuck, but once these issues were fixed, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. While I don't plan on army building past these two, I do recommend picking some up if you're curious. They'll make good placeholders until Hasbro gives us the updated Hand Ninjas they hinted at last year.

How did you get it from BBTS for cheaper? When I originally preordered it at BBTS it was $44.

Anyway, after platinuming Spider-Man today I've gotta say I wouldn't mind a Mr Negative figure.

They're Obitsu stands, right? I've got Obitsu and Tamashii Act 4 stands, and I prefer the Tamashii Act 4 because they're more sturdy. I prefer Obitsu mostly for high flight poses, the struts are longer and can get 6 inches or so higher than Tamashii Act 4. Also you can interlock multiple Tamashii Act 4 stands together for a steadier base and to support multiple limbs of larger characters. I managed to balance the 20" build-a-figure Sentinel on four interlocked Tamashii stands, although I didn't leave it there for long because I was afraid it would eventually snap the plastic over time. I later decided I don't like the look of four flight stands for one large character shown in the examples below, but it's nice to have the option, and I've used two interlocked for larger characters in leaning poses.

I really wish someone would make flight stands with 1/4" to 1/2" struts for large figure posing. I'm surprised the Hot Toys guys haven't done that yet...has anyone ever seen someone using flight stands for 1:6 scale figures?

i want the SDCC Netflix|Legends Colleen figure..and to a much lesser extent the Danny figure..
They are a little more than i want to pay for them..BUT..i can't see them ever coming down in price because i don't see a reason ever for a re-release (with no show).
Do you think it's best to just grab them now....my concern is prices will just go up from this point..

I'd say go for it. You waited this long and they haven't gotten out of hand, right? Might be a good indication that they'll be staying at this price.

I would say if they are manageable ya id grab em now. They my come down but with no more nutflix to go off of they may go up. Just depends on how much ya want hyde from that 70’s show and colleen.

I'm in the exact same boat, but luckily I do not want them that bad. Here is my very brief detective work: The exclusive was still available when Hasbrotoyshop shut down and was never added to Hasbro pulse. So I feel like we will eventually see these at Ross or TJ Maxx, they have to liquidate them somewhere since they were still available but you never know. It took a really long time before the Marvel 3.75 Collector set got any discount as well, but it was eventually clearanced out.
