May pick up a serpent soldier so I can have a smaller more generic looking Bob. I really dig that mask & wouldn't mind using it on my hydra troops. I asked them If they would be selling heads or any parts by themselves. No they won't.

It looks like Captain America is wearing his mask from the first Avengers movie. It's the only mask that didn't have the chin strap.

I actually only like/want Ebony Maw and Herc.
The action figure fanatic in me will probably end up with all of them to lessen the hassle of finding the BAF parts.

BUT.. i do not think i need that Cap at all.

As a BAF I'm definitely not feeling armored Thanos, in Infinity War I wasn't a big fan of this armor because of how much gold there was but even this toy doesn't seem to capture it right. His shoulders also seem like they're set too low.

At least the upcoming Night Crawler can use Citizen V's sword... that and Hercules still looks cool I guess... that's about it for that wave IMO.

Only ones i dont want is laser and cap. Otherwise i want all the rest and i freakin LOVE that armored thanos.

These MCU figures just keep on getting me....I've gotta have that Ronin and of course Ebony Maw and I'm 99% sure they're going to be the hardest ones to find from the wave. Idk, Armored Thanos still looks cool to me.


QR Cap I'm cool with totally skipping on unless I see it on clearance for like 5 bucks or something.

I mean, wave is decent overall but for me it's missing that anchor character. Ronin and Ebony Maw are must haves for me, but they're not quite there and I don't think that Cap was what most people wanted. No worries though because I'm certain we'll get his scale costume in the 2nd or 3rd waves this year.

Nice so armored thanos is confirmed to be the BAF for this wave. And yea like many others, I think the only other figure I "need" from this wave is ebony maw to complete the black order. Ronin is tempting, but I'm surprised there is not an unmasked face.

Few questions/notes:

1. In Ronin's packaging int he upper left, what is the "exta" hand? It looks like his to swap out but it looks like its shooting lasers or something lol.

2. Poor Living Laser. Only guy in the set to NOT have his own logo like the rest. He gets the generic "Marvel" logo.

3. Why do QR Cap and Ronin have a basic Avengers logo, and not an Avengers Endgame logo? Ebony Maw has the Infinity War Logo so it seems kind of strange. Only thing I can think of is at the time they made and packaged the figures the title wasn't officially announced yet and they didn't want spoilers.

This wave looks so damn good. I'm so stoked about it, lots of comic goodness and an MCU ronin. I wonder when it drops for preorders.

Heres an easy way to beat thanos....hawkeye shoots and arrow with miniant man at thanos and antman jumps from the arrow, down thanos throat and the goes giantman. Poof instant thanos chucks! Also nice to see thor and hia hammer again. Please let beta ray get stormbringer. And us agent shows up with him. ;)

No idea who Ronin is, but that Cap looks terrible. What is up with the gray suit?

Also, that Thanos face is creepy. It looks like he just got done smoking a bong of weed.

Ronin looks pretty terrible. The swords are kinda ridiculous looking and there's no unmasked head. Clever reuse of the Bullseye throwing dagger hand though.

Citizen Z is great for the comic fans, but will have most people saying..."who?"

Cap...huge let down and no Baf part. Was hoping for at least another unmasked headsculpt. Guess I'm gonna have to cave and pick up another 10th edition.

Maw...hooray for you MCU guys I guess. Shameful the Black Order got completed before other more important teams... but they all can't be winners.

Looks like these are hitting Walmarts already...so Walgreens will likely not be far behind.

I'm guessing this will be like the kingpin wave, where most people wanted the BAF, and not many ppl wanted the figures, so the BAF is so inflated on the aftermarket. I think with this wave I'll pre-order the whole thing, keep the BAF, decide if I want Ronin, and sell of the rest quickly to recoup most of the money back.

I like the ronin fig but they shouldnt have left the torso so bland. A design or armor pieces on the front and back of the torso would gone a long way.

There's really nothing shameful about it. It's four characters featured in a popular movie. That's kind of a no brainer.

Ronin is an identity Hawkeye took on in both the comics and in Endgame. Blade also took up the identity of Ronin, but this figure is based off of the movie version, which is only Hawkeye so far.


The only thing with this BAF is that a lot of people might be okay with just sticking with the 10th Year Thanos figure as their go-to Thanos.

And to this wave's credit, it's leagues above that Kingpin wave, which I think might be the single worst assortment of Marvel Legends since the Infinite Series began. At least for me.

I was on this morning and meant to comment on the Avengers wave. It looks like a great wave! I'll end up buying most of it. My buddy and I normally split the waves, he takes movie stuff, I take comic stuff. This should work out well for us!
Also, I'm digging the trailer! Very excited for Endgame!

I think I'll shave the ears off one of the many many many spare MCU BlackPanther heads and use it under the hood of Ronin for what the character should have looked like before the reveal/unmasking by BlackWidow.

So with the first Avengers wave revealed and assuming the second wave follows the first's layout, I guess we are left to ponder the remaining figures. Quantum Suit versions of Thor, Rocket, & Hulk would make sense.
