Much as I enjoy lithe bodies, a little thicc-ification is badly needed. Squirrel Girl with some extra bounce wouldn't be so bad, I'll take any Squirrel Girl figure at all, at this point. I liked her original look, but that's me. I haven't read her more recent stuff, I hear it's good but I know that people are divided on it.

I could do without seeing a mountainous She-Hulk figure, though. I have my limits. Woof. I'm all set with the figure I have.

And yeah, corporate loyalty is typically akin to any kind of classifiable mental deficiency. Not really a cynical person, but I mean, their primary aim is to sell you stuff. Right? It's a transaction, but I've grown pretty pleased with nearly all of my transactions with Hasbro for years now. It's obvious to me at this point that they're making a real effort, even if they can't cater to everyone all the time.

Considering how poorly Legends exclusives have been handled at Target and Walmart for the Captain Marvel figures, and in general at Walmart overall, I'm not keeping my hopes up.

Speaking of Captain Marvel, has anybody seen these Ronan customs that are coming out of Thailand? The seller claims to have several available, and they are painted in the colors he wore for Captain Marvel. The thing is, the line work is so clean that it has me wondering if these were figures that were originally planned for the wave but somehow fell off the boat.

There are also a number of Stan Lee "custom" figures that are coming out of China Bay, and from the looks of it, it features the head sculpt from the cancelled build a figure we were supposed to get. What's weird is while the figure is on the suited body, it looks as if the face has been digitally printed.

I'm wondering if by calling them customs, the sellers are hiding the fact that they were able to obtain them somehow through back-channel means. They're not all that expensive, so I might bite. If I do I'll let everybody know how they are.

On a side note, I was watching some reviews, and I am glad to see that humongous over coat on Ronin comes off. If you color in the gold lining, he looks like a pretty basic generic ninja without it, and is perfect for army building.

Gosh I want that Corvus Glaive so bad! I managed to get a walmart.com order in before it kept selling out so I guess I'm content with waiting till that ships. Be aware if these are spotted "in the wild" it's most likely on the West Coast. They usually show up there first from my experience. Here on the East coast it takes forever.

Wish me luck all. Tomorrow i go in for surgery on my hand. They wouldnt just cement the bones together and wrap it with gorilla tape and cast it and i couldnt stark tech cybernetic hand either so its just titanium pins n plates. I also found the last figs to finish the purple walking trashcan but i wont be able to build it until 2 weeks from tomorrow. Grrrrrr....argh!

Totally normal to be apprehensive about going to the hospital. Outside of having a baby (sometimes, not even then), people aren't exactly excited about the prospect. Medicine has improved greatly and outpatient sevices have also progressed significantly. Try to focus on the end goal rather than the procedure. In a week you'll be on the mend. In two weeks time, you're niece will be drawing annoying pictures on your cast. Before you know it, you'll be building your shitty Sentry wondering why the fuck you bought it. HA!

Don't sweat it, dawg. You'll be back up and running in no time!
