They did. But they used to be really shitty non-painted all gray versions. I guess they started making them cool because they realized no one wanted the others.

The APs were an odd choice for DC characters but a brilliant move with the Warhammer figures.

I picked up and painted a few a year back and I don't even play the game!

They started with the bronze and gold versions, then went to artist proof. The very first ones were bronze Batman and Joker from Arkham Asylum. Then they did gold versions of Batman and Deathstroke from Arkham Origins.

Furthermore there were color variants for some of the Injustice 2 figures, silver-armored Grodd and classic/brighter colored Dr Fate.

Seriously...it's figures like this that eliminate the wonder as to why some actors and actresses refuse to allow toy developers access to their likeness rights.

I would expect a figure to look this badly sculpted in 1993...but in 2023, it's unacceptable. I've seen people do better on a 3D printer from their living room.

Man all I can say about the Flash movie is I was really looking forward to seeing Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Flashpoint Batman. Still bummed about that one.

Back when Dawn of Justice came out and I saw him as Thomas Wayne I was 100% positive that's why he was cast but I guess it was just because he worked with Snyder in Watchmen.

They should just do a flashpoint batman movie with ol heffe as thomas wayne. And just because hes that cool give him the burton batmobile.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that was the original intention, but once DC realized they had failure after failure on their hands, they thought the best way to get butts in seats was to bring Keaton back instead.

Cause they come with a comic book. Comics are usually 3-4 dollars so that's probably it.
