Loki looks good, may get to replace the earlier Hasbro one (hard to believe that Toy Biz never made Classic Loki......then again, they only did Phoenix (no true Dark Phoenix, Marvel Girl ( Green Miniskirt Or X-Factor), 90’s Jean, a decent Rogue, a decent Scarlet Witch, a decent Mar-Vell......), so it doesn’t surprise me

I was close to ordering the new Loki but I know in the end he just wouldn't take the place of my favorite Loki- and without needing to buy the full wave for the BAF I just ended up with UJ/BRB/and RockPython- First time I haven't just bought the full wave since the Odin BAF

We have exactly one character with that same level of articulation (Doc Samson) and that is mostly because my wife loves his character. We both agree that he's the worst ML in our collection, poseability-wise. So I'll forge ahead with Silver Age Loki. |
As long as I can get a pose out of the figure I'm good- I don't want too much articulation that it bones the figure (like a ton of Toybiz)or so little that it's a statue with a bicep swivel (typical-but changing- Mcfarlane style) but other than that- i tend to just LOL at the body complaints I read so much of. But we all have our own nitpicks that make sense to us, lolz. :)

I'm sorry, given that even other figures before (and around the same time as) that Loki had both ankle-tilt and thigh-swivel, I don't think preferring to have those is "nitpicking". Hell, not even the ankle tilt - I have plenty of mid-era Hasbro Legends without it - but the thigh swivel really makes the difference between being able to hit a number of good poses, and having a stiff chunk of plastic between the hip and the knee.
But LOL away at personal preference I guess. I wasn't, but I'm not your mother :D |
Anyone have this fig for trade?

Does anyone else find it frustrating that there is a Zendaya action figure from a sub par film but we still don’t have Gwen Stacy or Aunt May?

Damn shame it comes with another barely changed MCU Spidey variant. I would have much rather have had a Peter in a civilian get up. |
Always nice to come home to not one, but two new figs!

I only knew this Post-SecretWars (III?) Doom from showing up in a couple issues of IronMan (Invincible?) Mainly I wanted it for that very generic unmasked Doom head- but the figure itself is pretty neat (I think someone here mentioned potential Doombot army?)
