That way I can keep track of them if they're sold out or whatever until August.

Looks like Dazzler gets the same circle energy accessories that other figures have been haing from Polaris, 1980s Dazzler, Doctor Strange, etc.

Really? Hasbro cant come up with making the right energy blasts for certain X-Men action figures?

They're not quite all the same, Dazzler has the Scarlet Witch Doc Strange effects, Polaris and Havok and Shocker share a different effect piece, but they have been used to death

Definitely makes me reconsider wanting a classic Monica or banshee and siryn

Eh...the soft rubber tends to come with its own problems. Mainly deterioration and pretty bad discoloration. Cloth should at least last longer and should be pretty easy to keep clean if you keep it away from anything that could stain it.

My big problem with those effects is that they seem more like spellcasting effects and not really energy blasts or projectiles. We could use some with more of a cone shape so they look like they're shooting out.

If the theme is X-Related I'd love for it to be Hellfire Club. I would gladly pay triple the normal set cost if that would be the only way to get it. Classic White Queen, Sebastian Shaw, Selene, Donald Pierce, Jason Wyngard version of Mastermind would be my choice.

If the set is not X-related it's going to almost surely be somethinng Endgame of 80th anniversary related. Which i can almost for sure pass on.

Let’s face it, that movie is never coming out. Me, I just want some New Mutants figures. :P
But yeah, Hellfire Club feels like the obvious choice here, fingers crossed.

New Iceman in June. Perfectly fitting. Just wish the ice slide was less shit.

SymbiSpidey 06-07-2019 01:59 PM

Just curious...all the times I've seen Iceman I've never seen him with the circular buckle on the belt. It's always been either the rectangle or no belt at all. When did he wear the circular belt?

Augustus_Cole 06-07-2019 02:14 PM

Just picked up Shuri from Gamestop...oddly enough she is the only figure they have (what i was told and what the apps shows) The Mgr. said the others ARE in the warehouse.. just not shipped yet to the stores.

usernamedustin 06-07-2019 02:15 PM

New Iceman looks like it is on the X-men Deadpool body and not the Spider-man body. That's good.
The Ice Slide looks like a Small Frozen Puddle that Iceman stepped in. That's bad.

Hulkwummy 06-07-2019 02:30 PM

They should have made Iceman's icy skin the same color as his ice slide, light blue.

Gamestop and Walgreens don't receive cases, they mostly receive singles.

Just because 2 characters were flirting, doesn’t mean they were “banging”. Just saying.

Oh they got down in a later issue.....at least it was heavily implied ( comic book code n all ;) )

On a figure not the jazzwares legends havoc is in relative scaleish to legends and is damn solid,

MarvelGuy85 06-07-2019 05:27 PM

The Walmart exclusive (not that one) binary captain marvel is up for order online. Free ship to store.

Not the best looking figure, but im a sucker for exclusives.

Augustus_Cole 06-07-2019 05:44 PM

Shuri's EXPRESSION leave a little to be desired. it's almost weird looking. and does NOTHING for a battle stance. Her skin is also a weird brown to me. like a chalky brown. But a solid addition to the BP MCU fig lineup

I posted pics a couple days ago in a different thread. The Jazwares versions really are slick.

You aren't lying. I know nothing about Fortnite other than there are dances in it...but when I saw Havic in store...I said...shit...that's Firefly! (Who just so happens to be my favorite G.I Joe character.) Into the cart he went...

What surprised me is that Jazwares does not have a good history, but holy crap they've stepped it up since those old Mortal Kombat figures. He's sturdy, has good joints and the accessories are cool. The only dig I can take at him are those articulated hands, which means he can have a hard time holding his weapons.

If those hands looked familiar, it's because they come from the old Toybiz series 4 Punisher...which makes sense, because a lot of Toybiz's old staff recently jumped to Jazwares, and it shows in the surprising quality. I'll be keeping an eye on these in the future for sure.

Wow, totally forgot about that. Good for them.

Starlord67 06-07-2019 06:48 PM

I'm so excited about the Vintage wave!! What a great...solid line up!! That Storm is beautiful and with her release it clears the way for FA STORM in the future (hopefully the NEAR future)
Iceman is great! I do wish he had some blue highlights like the slide but I'm not complaining. My only complaint is Dazzler is too skinny...but I'm fine with it. Silver Samurai will be a great addition to my VILLAN shelf!!
