They could do a comic Maria Hill, Monica Chang, SHIELD army builder set so easily.

I remember last year right after SDCC Gamestop got the new Archangel and the yellow buckethead guy two pack as timed exclusives... I wonder if they will get anything new this year too.

Hill, Brand, Chang, Quake... Treat it like the Anniversary Red Skull figure as one figure with a bunch of heads and you can have a field day.

I want to say yes. Way back when that came out I used 2 of the same leg sets because I couldn't find every actual figure. Everything fits nicely.

I have a set of side legs, I think they came with Black Knight. You asked about them years ago, but you weren't sure if you were going to build her at the time. I would love to trade them for a Thanos torso from Living Laser. That's the only part I still need to complete him.

The older 2 pack had a Dum Dum head in it. I believe it was the 2 pack with White Hand Ninja and a SHIELD trooper in it, as seen below. I love that Hasbro pulse makes you pay upfront because I'm hardly good at saving the money for when my preorders arrive, so I'm glad to absolutely have my hulk vs wolverine pack secured. But man with those lateral joints I wish Hulk had some open palm thunderclap hands. I've always wanted to be able to do that with a hulk and this guy seems to have the articulation for it. As a kid I always assumed that was like his ultimate signature move. But then again, this mold is too perfect not to be reused. Maybe they'll release a more short haired hulk with blue pants down the line and he'll have thunderclap hands. Maybe with a little transparent swoop effect.

Is Hulk the only SDCC exclusive this year?
I will be very disappointed if that is it.

Pass. The Hulkster is a figure I feel no need to double-dip on , and I prefer the heads on the two-pack version.

Doubt it. That head is too small for even the body it comes with. Although, maybe I got a bootleg figure because my Dum Dum's face is disturbingly pink.

I’ll try to get that SDCC Vintage Hulk but if I miss it then it’s ok.

In other news, I cancelled all of my remaining orders at Super V Toys to get a refund and from now on will be ordering from Dorksidetoys and other places instead. Even with items paid for in advance and in stock from multiple orders, he holds orders hostage and doesn’t ship them out. The guy also sucks at responding to emails. With a reasonable amount of time given, there is still no email response. It was only when I finally wrote that I was going to get my refund through my credit card company that he responds 30 minutes later. YMMV but here’s my rating of Super V Toys:

Doesn't this finally solve the mystery of that classic Avengers group shot Hasbro posted however long ago? Anyway I've already got the 80th set on pre-order so this is an easy skip. Some of the paintwork seems better on the con version, specifically the pants, but I definitely prefer the classic head in the two pack.

Honestly, that Hulk isn't doing it for me. Glad I get to pass on him. Good on everyone who's into it! I am left to wonder if there will be more exclusives announced. Watch we get a new (actually giant) Giant Man. I'll kick myself if I made that exist by saying this.
