How does forcing me to track down 2-3 Walgreens exclusives make up for not giving cannonball legs?

Classic Vulture, Velocity Suit Spidey and Shang-Chi for The Spider -Man wave Moonstar with alternate Karma/Wolfsbane heads for the WG Exclusive this fall. Strong Guy for BAF somewhere Classic Doom somewhere AOA wave including Weapon X, Morph and X-Man the newer She Hulk look figure, presuming from an Avengers/General Marvel wave. Officially revealed the X-Factor Havok/Polaris and Jean/Cyclops/Wolverine 3 pack. I think that's it. Did i miss anything? I feel like I missed something. |

Or Did I just give them an idea? Shit. That Havok Pack is absolutely badass! Polaris is awesome but he’s the real winner in the pack. |
Just realizing I did get 2 of the 6 figures I was wanting to be shown, shown, so I'm actually pretty happy. Just the total lack of acknowledgement of the community desire for Firestar completely baffling.
Oh well, we still may have a handful of reveals tomorrow. |

I hate that all this cool goodness is online only crap. I mean i can see a few being online but that xfactor havok n polaris should be mass retail.
|
Thanks Captain Nash! You were great with the updates, much obliged.
Well I got no Jocasta or Moondragon, but the X-Men goodies were good. They know they are popular. @ xjuza, where that Havok and Polaris pic from. They look great. |

Is anyone else underwhelmed? Like really, REALLY underwhelmed?
70% of the footage was stuff we already saw, a handful of new figures and a big reveal for (the long overdue, yet beautiful-looking) classic Doctor Doom. That was it? It seems like Spider-Man especially got the shaft today. There was no mention of the Fall 2019 figures for Spidey, if we're even getting any. If we're only getting two Spider-Man waves of figures this year, that'd not only be very disappointing, but also a first. Spider-Man is a huge money maker and we saw how much Toy Biz loved making waves of Spider-Man figures and variations of Spidey for their toy line. After the lackluster Kingpin wave, I was expecting more Spidey attention. While I love the classic Vulture figure for 2020, further adding to my no Spidey wave for Fall 2019 fears, I am disappointed there are, apparently, no plans for a classic Electro. Electro seriously needs an upgrade with non-blasting gloved hands after the previous Electro figure that I absolutely loathe. And passing on Firestar, yet again? I love the Jean/Scott/Logan three-pack, but I would've loved an optic blast accessory for Cyclops instead of one of the two alternate Scott Summers heads and it's disappointing the jacket isn't removable. The X-Factor Havok and Polaris two-pack is amazing, as well as Strong Guy, but I didn't see any new figures for X-Men villains. No Toad? No Blob? No Pyro? Not even an Arcade? Heck, I would've settled for Cyber! While it's kind of cool we're getting a just-called-"Hulk" version of She-Hulk, Hasbro really needs to show more love to the Hulk, his friends and his rogues gallery. Hulk may just want to be left alone in the comics, but collectors want to give their Hulk vs. Wolverine 80th anniversary two-pack some company. On the subject, I feel like they dropped the ball a bit with the 80th anniversary. There are so many more characters they could have made into all-new figures and big comic events they could've used for the 80th anniversary wave, and we're getting -- all previously-revealed figures going up for pre-order now and/or in the near-future? After waiting all day for the big Hasbro panel and the big reveals, I have to be honest: I expected more out of today. Yes, we have the Hasbro Con in September or whatever, but that's going to be a long, looooooong wait after tonight. |

Yeah retail doesn't stock for shit these days and stores would rather just let figs fester on pegs for years at a time so they don’t have to order more and stock ( thats my theory at least) but i still would rather them be at retail as well.. |
It's just Friday

Well, I am pretty happy with the showings this year.
They will be tons of Avengers and Spider-man figures later on I'm sure. Shang-chi is a highlight, Squirrel Girls looks great even if I don't not much about her, same for that Ghost Rider. I love my Toybiz Vulture, but I welcome a better, fresher jointed one. That She-hulk looks great, thou I'd love one that looks like Byrne's art. Giant-Man will look great in my MCU displays. Doom looks very detail, and mine is 100years old (at least). All the X related figures ar great, and I'm very very happy that they did an idea I had 10 years ago bout putting changeable parts to the Nw Mutants, so they can b done quickly. Yeah, I will be getting all of that, except any new Punishers, Spideys, caps, etc. |

Speaking of the New Mutants,
I know the Moonstar outfit is not the original, but is close enough for me. So with th three original girls done, I probably need another body for Magik, ans one more for Magma, for whom I will have to find a head. Now they need to do the same for the boys. Generic NM body with Sam, Roberto and Doug heads. Easy pease. I was never expecting Bill Sienkiewicz, or Art Adams type type unique sculpts, but it will do for now. |

I don't even collect comic based figures anymore, and I couldn't be more impressed by what Hasbro has done. There are some solid offerings all around. Love Triangle, X-Factor, DOOM!!!, all the 80th stuff, and countless others. What a time to be a collector. I got what I wanted yesterday with the reveal of wave 3 for Endgame, so after that and the Nano Gauntlet, I'm set for the rest of the year. I'm saving lots of money, but I can sit back and Marvel at my fellow collectors who are getting what they want. Good stuff, Hasbro!

Just spinning out of the A0A wave announcement. If it's one wave, and maybe it'll be two, but if it's just one: I could see along with Weapon X, Morph and X-Man, we get two of either Storm/Mystique/Jean as the 2 female spots, and Sabretooth and Magneto seem like really safe bets, with Cyclops and Nightcrawler as an outliers instead.
Because AOA is my favorite alternate reality story so even if they put out 3-4 waves I'd buy them all. But I think of the above 7 figures the remaining 4 slots will belong to 4 of them. The BAF: will they go the obvious route and give us another Apocalypse, which would be cheaper? I'm thinking so, but a redo on Nemesis or Dark Beast are also possible. I swear I know I'm repeating myself from last week but I was just theorizing. Now this wave is an actual THING. |

Also, they mentioned AoA Weapon X? |
