I'd definitely try one of the tips these other guys have given before contacting Hasbro. I'd also recommend Quakehold. Put a little on the neck peg thing.

I'm still impressed every time I see that Galactus buster.

yup, both are simple fixes that one could do on the spot versus waiting to find another or contacting hasbro. i sent back a scarlet witch with 2 left legs about 2-3 weeks ago and got a letter a few days ago saying they were out of stock for it and that they'd send one when they could. the initial emails i had with em said if no replacement could be found, they'd send another toy of equal value which means i could even potentially get a gladiator or something. i'd sent a letter with the toy saying to hold off until they could replace that SW with another SW which might have helped.

I tried to copy that custom and failed miserably

The only real issue is the cape is a bit too long, and the body a bit too scronny. Otherwise, she's one of my absolute favorite figures.
