What's in this set?

I'm glad you asked. We don't know what the full set is yet, but Bandai's Blog just revealed the first 2 of the 6: Rabbit and Tank.

Few quick notes:
1. Like Ex-Aid, you need 2 boxes to complete a figure. Instead of armor and body, it's A side and B side.
2. Rabbit and Tank will come with a dummy body that the designer hopes to only has to come with these two.
3. The stand and sword come with different figures.
4. Stickers are mainly on the legs and eyes.
5. There is a waist joint and a neck joint (the latter the bigger gimmick toys may not have).

I was just saying how I like the design of build, so I am interested in this.

When you say two boxes, do you mean like there will be two boxes in a set that will allow you to put together the figure? Or do you need to buy a second set?

The uncolored parts are a dummy body, the colored parts are what combine to make a full figure. There are 4 more included in that preorder making 3 complete figures.

that sucks but I still like it somewhat better than ex-aid's way of distribution.

Saw these SAGA on Facebook today.

Sadly they're not in scale with Shodo, and they're releasing some Riders i'd love to ser in Shodo line (Kuuga and Faiz specially). But these here have much better paint apps than the first Kuuga they released.

Yeah, scale wise they suck. They only fit with themselves but they're GREAT figures. Figuarts level joints and super affordable on the aftermarket.

AmiAmi put up full boxes of Sodo Build, series 1 and 2, but it looks like series 1 has already (pre)sold out.

The Premium Bandai exclusive Kuuga figures are nice and came with a welcome surprise: a better proportioned head (and some extra hands)for the regular Kuuga Mighty Form release.

Okay, that's good. I can preorder a set and get what I want.

Where'd you order that set from? I'm having trouble finding it somewhere for a reasonable price.

I went through a middleman service. Not cheap :( , but a little better than the prices I saw on ebay.

Dang, the bbts prices on both of those sets aren't very nice either :(

I didn't know that BBTS even carried these. They've got the Premium Bandai Sodo Brave set listed as well. Too bad they don't stock the regular Shodo and Sodo releases.

pre-orders closed... am I too late or were they not opened yet?

I was able to pre-order the set of 6, but I never saw the full box showing anything but closed. I'd been checking regularly, but they do tend to go quick, unfortunately, so they could have sold out.

It's ShiShi Red from Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger, the latest season of Super Sentai. I will buy any they make as this season has been excellent.

Personally, I prefer SAL Small Packet(Registered) as it's the middle ground between prices and speed isn't as important as tracking.
