At Walmart/TRU today, I picked up a complete set of Series 2 MegaBloks Marvel Minifigs, G.I.Joe Renegades Ripcord and PCC Skyhammer w/Airlift.

Wolverine 2281- how much was that XMO two pack? Anyone else got that Colussus figure- what's his articulation like? It looks really good.

that articulation is shit. he's got a gimmick he does with wolverine, the fastball special. hold his arms back then he tosses him. same with blob and sabertooth. not to sure on the legs tho....

I had them on all of my ROC Joes but took them off to make more room on my pegs. I'd put them on my rare MU figured but they are also in order on my pegs and would throw everything off

Ok so this is more of a "Look At What I Just Got......Back!" Post but i finally (after 2 and 1/4 years) went back to my parents and picked up a load of my old stuff that they had kept stored away for me:

TRU is doing buy 2 get 1 free SW figures this week, so I stopped by this morning and grabbed these.

They're $10, not $11. That Stormtrooper (and others they had there) must be a return or maybe TRU Express stock or something.

Just as I was finished picking out what I wanted some dude came and wiped out the Phantom Menace figs that I didn't grab. I couldn't care less what people do with their money, but the diligence and determination of this guy (30 something) was pretty embarrassing. He was like a machine. I was finished and about to head to the checkout, but I stayed to watch him... it was like a train wreck, I couldn't look away. Weirdo.

It is definitely a must read for anyone who even kind of likes graphic novels. I liked it so much I asked my girlfriend to read it (she doesn't do comics) and she really liked it too.

So how much would you say this guy spent? A store I once worked at called Slackers does stuff like this, they mark up the figures by a lot and if the figures don't sell, they just take the figures back to the store they originally came from. By the way, I saw a commercial for "Phantom Menace in 3D", and couldn't help but laugh at how dumb it is to release that in theaters. Morons..... Episodes 4-6 would be worth it, but why put a bad movie in 3D? I don't get it.

As a little sidenote,.. this guy actually has ankle articulation in those tiny feet. I don't just mean they spin.. they also swivel just like the "human" figures.

He spent a lot. They put up one of those giant SW displays right by the front door, so they had more than just one of each.. more like 2-3 each when I got there. His arms were full.. probably about a dozen. He skipped the droids and Amidalas though.

Ha.. I'd say it was more of a power-walk.
