I'd be up for that Starforce pack but they'd better not cheap out by having three figures on the same body. Those characters had significantly different builds.

I can believe it. The same thing happened with Marvel Studios 10 year figures. I bought nearly all those figures as soon as they dropped. 2-3 months later Target and Walmart were clearancing them out as low as 75% off their original price.

That would explain a lot. The three I go to on the regular still have so many Medusas that they probably register as having plenty of that item.

Nice find! Love all of the possibilities of mix and matching with this set, but I gotta admit the Dani Moonstar combination is my favorite. Regardless, I hope it becomes plentiful, as I'll need to buy quite a few.

Went out to my 2 local Walgreen's, but they're so slammed with Namors & Medusas they'll probably never get another Walgreen's exclusive again.:rolleyes:

Karma – Good sculpt, the choice to make her upper lip dark is a bit odd and at first glance makes her look like she has a moustache

Wolfsbane – Another pretty good head sculpt and I'm really glad they did new clawed hands rather than reusing the Black Cat/Hellcat hands again

Dani – Really nice, the new bow is really cool, I wish they'd have given her a gripping hand more suitable to holding her arrow. I may pick up the new Lightning Collection Pink Ranger and see if I can get her arrow hand and energy effect to work.

Well I have Warlock, so I'd like to have the 80s team that goes with him.

I think the other thing is right now my main wants are to finish up the Giant Size X-Men team, 90s X-Factor, and early X-Force, so those are the biggest things I am willing to spend money on right now.

I haven't even bothered to preorder the Alpha Flight set as I know it will end up going on sale for like $60 a some point in early 2020.

I hear ya there, my friend! While I am happy for New Mutants Wolfsbane, I really want the X-Factor costume! Also, Rictor, Sunspot, Siryn, Feral and a classic Warpath for X-Force. Hasbro, go!

Agree on the X-Force, but I think also given we have or will have almost all of the original New Mutants, even if not in original New Mutant uniform, that Sunspot now goes on the list of characters Hasbro pretty much has to do.

I apologize if I have said it before, but watch Hasbro do another Walgreens exclusive where we get Cypher with alternate Sunspot and Cannonball heads. :cry

You did(or someone else did anyways) but it bears repeating because it needs to happen. Yes, Cannonball is taller but I think it would be something acceptable. But maybe not through Walgreens but in a regular X-wave. Why? Because all the X-related WG exclusives have been female and I think they may stick with that.

That said, I definitely also want Sunspot in his X-Force outfit.

Any way you can see if Magik's head fits on this body?

So I mentioned to my wife that, because the local stores still have so many Medusas, that might be why we haven't found Emma, and she quipped back:

@Veronica - I love the Dani custom! I may do that myself, since I have the web gear from my extra Silver Sable-turned-Lilandra, and have never really been happy with the Kitty Pryde figure. I was already planning on getting multiples of the New Mutants girls (figure the extra Wolfsbane heads might give way to a custom Wild Thing), but this might make me less inclined to get more than two.

Cannonball has that men in tights manly man pose. How did you get the legs attached?

The ball peg on the new body is just slightly too large for the Magik head, you could probably force it or heat up the head, but it's going to sit really high on the neck

I picked up an extra Lady DP for the belt and gear for Dani. I'm considering an extra Forge to use the boot fringe. I'm hoping they do Feral in the Strong Guy wave so I can use her arms and legs with the 2 pack Lorna torso to make a more X-Factor Wolfsbane


After removing the peg from the legs i dremeled out a hole, packed it with green stuff, put the upper torso on and gave it a couple turns and them popped it back out, let the green stuff cure over night and the legs and blast effect are completely interchangeable. As for his pose, that's pretty much the only option, that's as close to his sides as thecarms will go

I’d really like to see something similar to the Moonstar figure with the original New Mutants female body with Kitty Pryde (Sprite), Illyana (a new headsculpt) and Rahne in her human form.

Also, I’m betting they reuse the Karma head for the Cuckoos.

I'm really hoping that they give us the heads from when they all had different hair.

I would also like it if we get Civil War and Endgame versions of Black Widow. If we can get a Civil War head sculpt with the main wave BW, the body from Infinity War BW would work because it's what she wore in CW. The Endgame BW figure would have to be an exclusive, that would be great.

I hope we get an updated Neo-Classic Black Widow like the one from the 2-pack with Winter Solider.

Yeah exactly I’m seriously hoping we somehow get a Civil war Black widow. At the very least like you said I hope we get a head sculpt. But yea we better get a white suit(it looks insanely awesome) I hope it’s a Target exclusive like the Cap marvel one was. Anything but a Walmart. They’re nearly impossible to find. As long as they keep making MCU black widow figs ima keep buying them haha

Dani needing an energy arrow is the best reason for picking the Pink ranger up. Shame that the NM pack didn't come with it too
